The home was very clean and provided everything we needed for a weekend stay. Beds were all very comfortable and temperature controls were perfect for the weather. Kitchen had good spices, cookware and utensils for making breakfast for the family in the morning. Freezer needed attention but we were informed ahead. Fridge was clean and worked great.Walking distance from Catch 22 restaurant. Short drive to Herrington wedding venue. Excellent proximity. Would definitely book again.

Great location near Herrington Harbour!

Just returned after a wedding at Herrington Harbour. Very cute house and perfect location. We loved all the little touches and were so happy we could bring our dog. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Best stay ever

This lovely home with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating offered everything we needed and was just a few blocks from the kids' sailing camp. Memorializing the beloved parents/grandparents whose home it was, this rental was well beyond our expectations. Truly lovely.

Beautiful Home by the Bay

The property was just as listed and provided all the amenities needed. Beautifully decorated and very homey. The master bed is a bit hard to get into due to its height but very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Lovely Home!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect house for our needs. It was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The communications with the property manager were easy and helpful—and they even helped us scoot into the house early to get ready for our wedding rehearsal. Highly recommend!

Family gathering

We came to North Beach for an unexpected funeral. We were able to stay at Dawn's place and it totally met our expectations! Two couples and a sister and nephew. Loved the back porch were we able to gather and told fun old family stories! The house was perfect for our needs!

Wonderful!

If you’re looking for fancy fancy, this is not the place. If you’re looking for a wonderful house, full of memories and good vibes, this is definitely your place. We stayed with our family and kept our boat at Herrington Harbour and just had the best time I will definitely be staying there again this summer. I’m passing this on to all of my family. A hidden gem.

I would have rated the listing a 5 but we had to bring our own sheets, towels and “soap”! We have used VRBO around the world and this was the first time I had to supply my own linens!!

Nice home away from home

We very much enjoyed the house. We had everything we needed. Kitchen cabinets and drawers are labeled for quick and easy access. Living room is super cozy. Walking distance to Ketch 22 which is a great restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating and a great menu. Herrington Harbour is close but is members only with a 2 yr waiting list. North Beach is about 8-10 min drive and is a lovely little sleeper beach town! Master BR mattress needs to be replaced as it’s sunken in the middle. Guessing that’s a very recent issue since we didn’t see any other comments about it.

All reports from our guests staying in the home were very positive and everyone enjoyed their stay. The home was beautiful, comfortable and very welcoming. All needs were provided perfectly -- comfortable beds, clean linens and towels and clean bathroom and kitchen.Thank you so much to Dawn for sharing her home with us during our son's special Wedding Weekend. The Herrington and Ketch 22 were very convenient and we especially appreciated you letting us offload our luggage early to accommodate a Wedding Rehearsal time! Very comfortable home in a beautiful location.

We had my wife and I and our two adult sons for a wedding weekend at Herrington On The Bay. This was perfect. Very comfortable and a great location to the wedding venue.
