Its a nice condo. Newly remodeled. It is 00% sanitized. Teo bedrooms, teo bathrooms, walking closet, living room, dining room, washer and dryer and much more amenities. Infront the community are very good restaurants and supermarket. It like 3 munutes to sabino canyon. It is a very good area in Tucson.

Great Getaway

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The overall property is gorgeous with a lovely pool and spa area. It is located conveniently across the street from a grocery store. Close to Sabino Canyon...just great!

Great location close to Sabino Canyon

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and fit our family of 5 well. Host was friendly and responsive.

Nice Stay

Being on the first floor was the biggest detriment, we could hear every peep above us. It needs to be advertised that it is on the first floor. Sadly, the pool and gym were closed.

Excellent condo in great location

Edna Arvizo's condominium is less than two miles from Sabino Canyon (beautiful desert trails) and only two blocks from amenities like pharmacy, excellent grocery store, restaurants, etc. The condo is well-maintained, spacious (two bedrooms, two bathrooms) with everything I needed for a four-week stay. There were a couple of very small items that needed attention, and Ms. Arvizo had them taken care of immediately. The residents and visitors at Pinnacles (the condo development) were incredibly friendly! Highly recommend.

Marge is a very nice person. I was happy having her in my condo. She obeyed all the rules. She leaves very clean the condo. I hope she comes back again. I extremely recommend her. She left me a nice present. Thank you Marge!!

The location was great but the unit was dated with newer furniture but dirty and old carpet in the bedrooms. The place had a smell of cheap cleaner that was overwhelming when we walked in. We had to wash all the towels and linens again to reduce the strong fragrance. There was no hot water when we got there and no one to call to assist. There is no property manager to help and the owner's response to calls is non existent and it takes weeks for an email response. The place was dark with low wattage bulbs and a few windows. Not really the recently remodeled unit as advertised.

Catalina Hills stay

We especially enjoyed this property. it was well situated in a quiet, upscale neighborhood and the whole complex was well looked after inside and out. Our only minor complaints were that the lighting was not exceptional as we are readers There is room for improvement there as well as the showers. We found the contro0ls confusing and a bit old school. Otheer than these minor details we enjoyed our stay and made sure to close the door to the fridge firmly.

Two months in the Catalina Foothills

What a fabulous location this property is in! We were minutes away from gorgeous hikes, the Chuck Huckleberry bike loop, convenient shopping, and a couple minutes' walk to numerous excellent restaurants. The view from the kitchen window was stunning. The condo was a good size in a quiet building in one of the premier associations. The bed was excellent, which to us is one of the most important things, especially when renting for two months. The condo was well-furnished with all the essentials. There were staples in the pantry and plenty of cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, linens, towels, pool towels, soaps and lotions. The condo grounds were beautifully maintained, the pool was heated so we could use it in January and February, and the hot tub was lovely. We would have rented again, but when we went to schedule for a year from now, February was already booked! A few things could have been better. The refrigerator didn't close tightly unless one purposely pressed on the door. The dishwasher was awful--I practically hand-washed all the dishes first, and things still didn't get clean. It was great to have a washer and dryer, but the washer was really noisy. One could definitely hear the people upstairs walking around. It wasn't bothersome, but it was audible. The shower curtain was too short, so it was hard to keep water from getting on the floor during a shower. We replaced about $10 worth of burned out lightbulbs, which was annoying. We also unplugged the bathroom sink which was draining extremely slowly due to being full of gunk, and my husband fixed the front closet door which had a broken hinge and wouldn't close. We also found that the manager didn't get back to us very quickly when we had a question. However overall it was a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend renting this condo.
