Lorsque vous êtes en vacances ou en voyage d’affaires à Tucson, vivez pleinement le sud-ouest en séjournant dans un condo joliment meublé de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain situé au deuxième étage et niché au pied des montagnes de Catalina. Ce condo est adjacent au complexe Loew’s Ventana Canyon, célèbre pour son parcours de golf fabuleux et ses spas.

Le complexe de condominiums dispose de deux piscines et bains à remous, de deux pavillons, d'une salle de sport, d'un court de tennis et d'un centre d'affaires bien approvisionné avec des ordinateurs (avec connexion Internet haut débit), des copieurs, des scanners et des télécopieurs pour ceux qui souhaitent rester toucher avec le travail. Les terrains de style complexe constituent une introduction au magnifique désert de Sonora. Si vous êtes aventureux, vous remarquerez que le complexe a un accès au sentier très apprécié de Ventana Canyon. Vous pouvez suivre ce sentier jusqu’à de magnifiques piscines pour un pique-nique mémorable ou, si vous vous sentez bien, continuez jusqu’à la 'Ventana' ou à la fenêtre visible de tout Tucson!

Le lendemain matin, dégustez une tasse de café à la table de carrelage située sur le balcon tout en admirant les magnifiques montagnes de Catalina et en identifiant les nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux que vous verrez au sommet des abondants arbres mesquite et palo verde.

Si vous souhaitez explorer la région, visitez la célèbre zone de loisirs de Sabino Canyon, située à seulement quelques minutes. Ou savourer une tarte et un café (et des températures plus fraîches) avec un trajet de 30 à 40 minutes jusqu'au mont. Lemmon. En hiver, il y a même du ski au mont. Domaine skiable de Lemmon.

Le condo est entièrement meublé dans les styles Vieux Mexique / Sud-Ouest. Vous trouverez des draps, un lit king et un lit queen, des couvertures, des ustensiles de cuisine, un lecteur DVD / VHS, un grill, etc. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, c'est vous-même et vos valises.

We had a very nice stay at this Ventana Canyon condo. Condo was well furnished and equipped. Great location and facilities. We stayed for entire month of January 2026 and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Catherine & Tod were very responsive and accommodating. The condo was well supplied and comfortable. We really like the location because it’s right up against the mountains which are gorgeous and hiking is accessible from the condo. Amenities were great! We would definitely stay there again.

Spectacular location at the base of the mountains with incomparable access to hiking in Ventana Canyon. Close to Sabino Canyon. Condo was clean and very well equipped and furnished. Just like the pictures, this place was wonderful. Close to Sabino Canyon, Tohono Chi Gardens, delicious restaurants and hiking right outside the door behind condos. Condo was well equipped and our fav thing to do was cook hamburgers in their cute grill outside. The beds were comfy. The pool a very very short walk and very nice as well. We loved hiking in the day and coming back to swim. The owner was very nice and check in was a breeze. We loved it so much there we actually were contemplating buying one of the condos. The month of April is gorgeous there and we felt blessed and thankful.

The location is excellent. Liked being close to canyon. Close to club house and pool. Quiet area next to gated hiking trail. Shopping center close by. Nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. Had friends visit. Nice outside patio with private view. This is a nice rental unit and would rent again. Great weather. Good communication with owners. Thanks K & S

This condo is a charmer, ...

This condo is a charmer, beautifully furnished and decorated in Southwest style. The location is a real winner. The kitchen, however, while adequate is beginning to show its age. Pots, pans and some utensils are scorched and the cabinets call for some reconditioning. Overall the amenities of the unit along with the common area are highly enjoyable.

Pots and pans are now Calphalon. Utensils have been replaced, along with appliances such as coffee pot, toaster, etc. The cabinets have all been restained and sealed. Excellent Property

Awesome location next to Catalina Foothills and close to Sabino Canyon. Reasonably priced Excellent access to the Ventana Canyon trail from the complex. Very nice condo-well stocked. Todd and Catherine were receptive and available throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome location!

We had a wonderful time here during the month of March, 2018. Loved the easy access to the hiking trails. We enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool & spa after our hikes. The condo had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed & sofa, very clean, updated, and nice views. Todd & Catherine were very accommodating & easy to work with. Perfect winter getaway

We enjoyed our month at Tod and Catherine’s condo. Everything was as pictured. Nicely decorated, comfortable and well stocked. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond. The complex is in a wonderful location in the foothills. The unit is tucked in the treetops and convenient to the trail for hiking. We hope to return in 2 years.

Colorful and Cozy

We have savored every day of our stay here. The location of this condo can't b beat. . . Ventana trail right out the door, Sabino Canyon not much further. The condo is well equipped, beds very comfortable, washer and dryer ever so handy. We used the gym and enjoyed gathering with friends in the clubhouse. And we loved the quiet, walking through the complex each evening, listening for the owls and looking up into a starry sky. The only thing I would change is the patio furniture as we found it too uncomfortable to use for very long. Tod and Catherine are hospitable hosts, responding graciously when we had questions. Thank you both for a delightful month!

Wonderful place!

My friend and I rented this condo for the month of January 2016, and were very happy with the experience. The condo is well equipped with everything you might need, very well kept, and comfortable.- especially the excellent beds for a good night's rest. Also important for us was the peace and quiet around the whole complex.. Most pleasant, and allowed for many relaxing hours by the pool. The condo is on a trail head, especially helpful for us, as we could just walk outside and be on the trail immediatly. It is a fantastic hike with gorgeous views.. Not to be missed! Tod and Catherine responded immediately to any questions we asked and were there to show us around. Thank you so much for your kind attention! If you love hiking , tennis or cycling or just relaxing under the beautiful Tucson sun this is a great place to be., and having a lovely place to come home to at the end of the day , try this place! Far enough off the beaten path so that there is a desert feel to it, yet close to the other amenities Tucson has to offer. We would certainly go back again! Lor and Val

SPECTACULAR CONDO!!

I rented this beautiful condo for 2 months... & could have just moved in! Furnishings & beds were super comfortable, kitchen was stocked well so I was able to cook often. Great little balcony facing the courtyard, out of the hot sun & quiet little oasis to read & relax. Covered carport right next to the unit. The owners were wonderful to work with, and prompt on getting back to me. Activities: Easy access right from the parking lot to the Ventana Canyon Trail... a lovely walk. Took daily walks along the River Rd "wash". Enjoyed meals at Scordato's (River Rd & Campbell), Renee's a Organic Oven, Frost (gelato), Poco & Mom's (New Mexico cuisine) & Jethro's Cafe (diner) on Broadway. The Gem Show in February is amazing! So, too, the Sonoran Desert Museum.

We loved vacationing in your beautiful condo. Enjoyed the hiking trails in the back of the complex and being able to keep in touch with home by email using the available computers in the business office. Recommend to all who love AZ nature. A++ vacation location.

We live in beautiful Tucson and enjoy lots of different activities. We like to hike and spend time with our young children Zach, Hannah, and Samuel! Tod is an Electrical Engineer and Catherine is a 'retired' college professor of English as a 2nd Language.

We've owned and rented out this unit since 2003 and have met many excellent people through this small business. We'd love to have you stay at our condo!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We think that Ventana Canyon is the most beautiful part of Tucson. The property has access to the Ventana Canyon trail, which some of our guests report they have hiked some portion of each day they stayed in our condo! The unit is a 2nd floor unit, which means better views and a quieter stay for our guests (no noises from above). We bought this property back in 2003 because the location was tops in the Tucson valley. There are no properties between this complex and the beautiful Catalina mountains.

Our condo is very pleasant and luxurious. We have leather furniture, a king size bed in the master bedroom (with a really good mattress!), and lots of artwork and other details that make our unit a very distinctive place to stay.
