Spectaculaire Condo Ventana Canyon

Venez séjourner dans notre condo de vacances calme et confortable niché au pied des montagnes Catalina dans le nord de Tucson. Nos condos sont situés dans l'un des quartiers les plus exclusifs de Tucson parmi les magnifiques maisons résidentielles. Profitez d'une partie de golf sur l'un des deux parcours de golf de championnat situés à côté du Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. Découvrez la vue imprenable sur la montagne. Ou détendez-vous simplement dans notre condo élégamment meublé et décoré.

Notre maison est un spacieux condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Le condo est un plan d'étage divisé et mesure environ 1 100 pieds carrés. La chambre principale comprend un confortable oreiller, un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative, une télévision par câble et un lecteur DVD. La deuxième chambre est à l'extrémité opposée du condo et dispose d'un confortable, plateau-coussin, lit queen-size. Les deux chambres ont de grands placards. Si vous avez besoin de couchages supplémentaires, nous pouvons fournir un lit AERO (matelas pneumatique auto-gonflable) qui peut être placé dans le salon.

Le salon est confortablement meublé pour votre plaisir. Le salon dispose d'une magnifique cheminée à bois où vous pourrez vous détendre le soir. Nous proposons une connexion Internet haut débit sans fil, une télévision par câble haute définition (TV écran plat 40 pouces) et un lecteur Blu-ray que vous pouvez utiliser pour regarder des Blu-ray / DVD ou utiliser pour diffuser l'un de vos abonnements préférés (par exemple, Netflix, etc.). Le chef du groupe appréciera cuisiner dans la cuisine entièrement équipée.

Le matin, savourez une tasse de café sur votre terrasse privée, nichée au milieu des arbres, tout en profitant des agréables bruits de la nature. Commencez peut-être votre journée par une promenade ou une randonnée plus vigoureuse au début du sentier du Ventana Canyon et découvrez les sons et les images des contreforts du désert de Sonora.

Notre communauté comprend deux piscines chauffées, deux bains à remous, un centre de remise en forme ouvert 24h / 24, des courts de tennis éclairés, deux clubs et un centre d'affaires.

Wow! Great Location and perfectly maintained and equipped

This was our first time to the desert Southwest and we will be back. The condo was spotlessly clean, incredibly well equipped. It had all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable and the neighbors are all very friendly and helpful. The location is great as everything in Tucson seems to be 1/2 hour away. Oh did I mention that the heated pool and hot tub are a few steps away?

Wonderful Condo!

My husband and I have been coming to Tucson for the past five years and this is the first time we rented a condo instead of staying in a hotel. The condo was really comfortable and very light filled. I loved sitting on the screened in porch for my morning coffee! I was surprised how close it is to everything! There is a great grocery store (Basha's) 5 minutes away as well as many delightful places to eat including of course the wonderful El Charro cafe! I loved how close it was to Sabino Canyon and the Ventana Canyon hiking trail out in back of the condos was really amazing. I never did make it to the top! Next time. And there will be a next time. We already booked the condo for next year!

Absolutely fantastic!

Tucson is a great city to visit and Shannon and ross’s condo in the foothills of the Catalina mts was really great. The location is just beautiful and you have the ventana canyon trail literally at your doorstep. It is rated a difficult trail, and from what I read it is- but we just did the first little section 20 minutes in and then 20 minutes out and that was perfect for us! (You don’t have to do it all). The condo is clean, and really well decorated. It really feels like someone’s home. The kitchen has all the utensils you could ever need and lots that you just read about! Everything is good quality- soft towels, good sheets, nice dishes! It is a bit far from downtown Tucson but if you want the foothills this is a great place and Shannon and Ross were a pleasure to deal with, very professional.

A Condo Above

Nestled right up next to the Catalina mountains, this condo is spacious, well appointed, and quiet. Ross and Shannon answered emails right away and offered to bring over anything else we might need, which we didn’t. This is a lovely location with hiking right out the back of the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome and Amazing

The location in the Catalina Foothills is amazing. The condo was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. Both beds were very comfy and the condo was very close to the pool. The location is very convenient to shopping, great restaurents and attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in great location. Loved the screened outdoor patio. Lovely for coffee in morning and board games in the evening. Puppies enjoyed their walks around the property. Very clean. Stocked with Covid cleaning essentials. Owner spaces visitors to air out condo. Cooked all meals. Kitchen well appointed. Laundry facilities perfect. No complaints. Owner accessible throughout!

Sweet respite during an interstate move

We loved staying at this condo with all of its thoughtful touches. Just as others mentioned, the kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of cookery. There were walking sticks, a day backpack, noodles for the pool. The beds were both very comfy and there was more than enough storage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and knew that Shannon was only a phone call away if we had questions or concerns. Thanks again. Your condo really smoothed the rough edges of our interstate move. Only wish we could have stayed longer but another tenant was arriving so we had to leave. Would highly recommend this particular condo!

Nice property

Even though a bit off the beaten path, we enjoyed the location plus very quiet. We were disappointed that any hiking trails near were not dog friendly. We found other ones, especially at Sweetwater Preserve, but it required longer than necessary drives. The unit had everything one would need. A bit dated, but comfortable, especially the king bed. Loved the shower.

I am sorry to hear you had a struggle finding a good hiking trail that allowed dogs. Tucson is mixed with some trails prohibiting dogs due to environmental or wildlife concerns, etc. There are some trails with dog access we are glad you found a few. We are so glad you enjoyed the condo! Please consider staying again when you are in the Tucson area!

Fantastic accommodations

My family and I stayed at Ross and Shannons condo for a week, and it was amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable, it was clean, and came with many extras! There were plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils to cook/keep whatever meals you wanted. The fitness center, pool, and hot tub were all within walking distance, and were very nice! We will definitely be staying again!

Three Times The Charm !!!

Shannon & Ross's condo is in a perfect location ,very close to the pool !! Can not say enough of this condo and the room it provides us .Enjoyed the Hummingbird this year ,right outside on the patio .We will stay again in the near future .Highly recommend this condo .Great people to deal with always !! Beautiful,quiet,clean and great location !!!!!

My husband and I have stayed at this condo now for our 2nd time for 2 months at a time.Shannon & Ross are great people to deal with.Very clean and close to the pool is excellent .Close to Basha's food store and awesome restaurants to eat at.The beds are very comfortable and everything you need is here for your use.Nice big living room windows to look out to the beautiful mountains.The outdoor screened in patio is so nice to sit out in the mornings with your coffee and of course in the evenings to look out onto the stars.We will definitely stay here again,and highly recommend others to stay here.Thanks so much again to Shannon & Ross for such a great condo to stay in..

Beautiful place and Great location

My husband and I stayed here while visiting my son who lives in Tucson. The condo and grounds are beautiful. It looks exactly like the photos. Everything is clean and well maintained. This condo is just a stones throw from the pool/spa which we used every night of our stay. The location is within 20-25 minutes of anything you want to do. Air & Space museum, downtown Tucson, Casino's, mountain tours. Everything you need is provided. We brought our clothes and puchased some groceries. This is definately a great find.

It has some of the best hiking in Tucson right outside the back door of the community into exclusive Ventana Canyon. We love the Canyon View at Ventana community! Our neighbors are very kind and everyone is vested in creating an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation! Tucson is a beautiful place to visit any time of the year and this location is "primo"! Many of our guests return to our condo several years in a row and increase the length of their stay because of the accommodations, location, and the lure of the Sonoran Desert.
