3 story townhome: 1st story is a two car tandem garage and opens up to a newly renovated Italian tiled patio with a full entertainment sectional that sits 8 and has a brand new propane barbecue and outdoor lighting. The garage has beach chairs umbrellas, cooler, wagon to carry everything to the beach, and bikes.There is a full private patio with 8 seat sectional and propane BBQ and outdoor lights for evening gatherings. 2nd story: full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steal appliances with brand new dishes, glasses and gourmet cooking ware. Kitchen is set up for entertaining. Living room with a 75 inch LED TV and sound bar, large sectional that seats 8 people.Fully functioning fire place. Full dining room suite that sits 6 people. There is a balcony with two chairs and a table. 2nd Floor guest bedroom and full bath with a renovated shower and granite counter tops. Bedroom has Twin XL Beds that can be configured as a King, 43 inch LED TV and two full closets. 2nd Story Washer and Dryer in utility room. 3rd story: Master Bedroom with a King bed and 55 inch LED TV. This is a large space with full dresser, desk and a set of chairs and a small table. There is an outside balcony with two chairs and a table. There is a full Master Bath with twin sinks and granite countertops, large custom shower with rainfall shower head and Large Walk in closet. 3rd Floor Guest Bedroom with two twin XL beds that can be converted to a King and contains two closets and a 43 inch TV. There is a full bath with bathtub connected to bedroom. Townhome Includes new upscale beds, luxury linens and towels, tasteful artwork and all amenities for an amazing vacation.

We have used our many years of experience owning Rocky Mountain Condos to create a special space with a luxury feel. We love to travel, cook and entertain. The Townhome has all that is needed to enjoy yourself in a high quality, clean, sanitary setting. All brand new everthing, beds, linens, furniture, kitchen utensils, etc.

Wake up in the morning and have a coffee on the outside balconies or on the patio. Go for a walk or swim on the beach. Go for swim or some sun bathing in the heated pool directly behind the condo. Take a 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants and fun bars and pubs. Jump on the bike for a stroll down Gulf Boulevard, or jump on the free Trolly and go to Clearwater Beach. This area is full of different types of restaurants but you can also stay in and cook with high quality cookware and all the different gadgets you need.

You will be minutes from the beach and this is a great benefit. You can go to the beach for a walk, and then go back to take a swim and then go back to see the sunset. This location is so easy, there is a garage for your car and you can park it and leave it. This is a stress free area that allows you to see dophins swimming in the Gulf, different types of birds and other wildlife. Average annual temps from December through March vary between 60 to 80 degrees.
