Condo sur la plage avec vue imprenable sur l'océan et la piscine, Top Flr, Petit complexe

Cette belle unitĂ© de condo Top Floor construit en 2000 est situĂ© sur la belle Indian Rocks Beach. Une vue complĂšte sur l'ocĂ©an avec des portes coulissantes en verre qui se plient dans le mur pour une vue spectaculaire. Cette unitĂ© est un 3Ăšme Ă©tage, unitĂ© de coin, ce qui signifie qu'il y a des fenĂȘtres supplĂ©mentaires et les plafonds sont plus Ă©levĂ©s que les unitĂ©s standard. Cela vous donne l'impression d'ĂȘtre dans une maison par rapport Ă  un appartement. (Cela signifie aussi que vous n'entendrez pas le bruit des personnes marchant Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur, car vous ĂȘtes au dernier Ă©tage). La peinture fraĂźche, la cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e et les moulures couronnĂ©es en font un endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de la vue Ă  couper le souffle. Nous entendons encore et encore que les images ne font tout simplement pas justice. Je suppose que nous devons prendre de meilleures photos :(

Si vous n'avez pas envie de marcher les quelques marches de la plage, vous pouvez vous détendre dans la piscine ou le bain à remous, ou profiter du soleil dans les chaises longues sur la terrasse de la piscine. Un gril à gaz est fourni pour ceux qui apprécient un bon bar-b-q. Et ne vous inquiétez pas, dans les mois les plus froids, la piscine est chauffée afin que vous puissiez toujours profiter du soleil de la Floride.
Les deux places de parking couvertes sont fournies trÚs prÚs de l'ascenseur qui vous emmÚne directement à la porte de votre unité.
L'emplacement de ce condo est au coeur de l'Indian Rocks Beach avec de nombreux restaurants, boutiques de crÚme glacée et boutiques. Quelques pùtés de maisons dans la rue est un merveilleux parc pour les enfants et une bibliothÚque de la ville pour tous les lecture et les films que vous pourriez jamais regarder. Aussi dans quelques blocs est une belle réserve naturelle.
Sunset Paradise condo à Indian Rocks Beach est à proximité de plusieurs zones commerciales, un petit parc aquatique, golf putt-putt, un aquarium, quelques belles pistes cyclables, y compris sur le pont de Clearwater, un grand parc d'attractions est une heure, Lego Land, Dinosaur World et Disney sont à 1h45.
Il y a beaucoup à faire pour tous les ùges ... ou vous pouvez simplement vous détendre à la plage, la piscine ou le porche arriÚre et profiter de la meilleure vue autour.

We had a great stay! The location, view, and proximity to the beach were absolutely perfect! The glass window wall that opened to the porch was a fantastic feature and we had it fully opened every day. Also they should tell about the French pastry bakery a few blocks down- it was a fabulous addition to our stay!!The only negatives were that the floors had not been cleaned well and our feet were very dirty going barefoot inside even on the first night. There wasn’t a mop to clean it ourselves. There weren’t any shower shampoo/conditioners/body wash and only one extra toilet paper per bathroom. You also have to pay extra for any beach amenities like chairs and umbrellas. So be aware of these things that you will need to bring/pay for.

Clean, spacious, airy, and AMAZING balcony view of the ocean. If I had a good throwing arm, I could hit the ocean itself! Such a perfect space for a multi- generational vacation. The nonagenarian was able to make it to the beach as it was just steps away from the pool. The rest of us walked several miles in both directions and enjoyed the gentle surf, warm pool, and relaxing hot tub. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate utensils, pots, pans, and simple appliances. An in unit washer and dryer was a bonus so we didn’t have to go home with dirty laundry!

Owner was very helpful on giving us tips on food and activities in the area. Any questions we had he answered every time we called. Place was located in a perfect location with the pool and access directly to the beach! Loved the area. Good mix of laid back and relaxing and there was still plenty to do off the beach!

Perfect family vacation spot

Travelled with my husband and our four kids (17, 14, 10, and 9). This was their first vacation and first time to Florida. It was our first time to IRB. The condo has a stunning view, and the beach never was too crowded (even on the holiday). Condo is more spacious than anticipated and there are restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.

Fantastic location

Our stay was excellent. Owner was quick to answer any questions and gave helpful suggestions. We ate at all the walk to restaurants honestly I don’t have a favorite all good. My grandkids would say IRB creamery was their favorite. They went there every day for two weeks. I think the owner cried when it was their last visit. Great place to stay. Convenient to everything. Thanks shout out to Mikes Pizza best food get wings to. We could have had this delivered everyday. Owner suggested and it was great.

Sunset Paradise!

The views from this property are spectacular.The heated pool, and hot tub are steps from the beach and make this an ideal vacation getaway. The Property manager is a pleasure to work with and we having been coming here since 2021 and look forward to many more years of enjoyment

Enjoyed our stay

The biggest pro of this rental is its location. Sunset Paradise is aptly named. The sunsets from the balcony are outstanding. Easy beach access, and good restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was clean and nice. The cons were that the pool heat and hot tub jets didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. The cool pool didn’t stop our grandsons from enjoying it, and despite the jets not working, the hot tub was warm. There’s still a lot of hurricane damage in the area, so I would imagine it’s hard to get repair people in a timely manner. All said, with the location and beauty of the area, we would return.

Can’t beat the view

This 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit condo is a great size and the view is spectacular. The owner answered my questions quickly before check in. Once inside I smelled mold so I checked to ac filter and it was black. I removed it and texted a photo to the owner who replied he’d have to talk to the maids about changing it more often. We spent the trip without one. The place could use some work but overall it was comfortable. It was noisy with kids screaming in the hallway, workman underneath us and the pool just below us. Beach is awesome and you can rent a lounge chair next store. Walk to Guppies best for in IRB.

An excellent choice!

This condo is beautifully decorated with breathtaking sunset views, and a spacious deck. With only 55 steps from the pool gate to the beach, we loved this convenience. The hot tub needed a repair and the owner was quick to address this. We used the hot tub all day during the rain. I have hundreds of photos from the sunsets! We were not ready for this vacation to end.

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable far from home! The view of the beach and ocean from the floor to ceiling walk-out balcony doors was AMAZING! Quick, easy access to the beach!

Indian Shores

Absolutely loved the location and the view. However, if you plan on booking this, make sure you bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish pods, and soap to shower with. For the price we paid for the unit plus $75 for beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella, some of the basic essentials should have been included.

Allison and Gordon are originally from Ohio. We have lived in Tampa for 10 years now and have been growing our family at a pretty rapid pace. We have 5 children, 10 yrs old and younger. Over the ten years we have come to love Indian Rocks Beach best of all the beaches up the gulf coast and are beyond excited to be able to enjoy this beautiful condo that has been taken care of with such pride. We plan to use the condo when we don't have soccer practice, t-ball etc and share our getaway with others when we are not using it

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We take tremendous pride in our place. It will always be increadibly clean and just waiting for you to spend some great family time together. We understand the value of time spent with family so we try to think of everything so you don't have to.
We have plenty of young kids And have supplied the condo with our basics such as the pack n play, stroller, booster seat etc.

Our location can not be beat. To be honest, there is not a restaurant around with a better view. We often order take out and eat from our balcony.
You will be very close to great food, a great breakfast place, you can rent bikes or paddlebpards etc.
In a short drive you will be in Clearwater Beach which is a much busier beach that has a lot of entertainment.
Lastly we self manage and want every experience to be amazing so if you need anything we are just a call or text away.

What makes this place unique:
Extremely clean
Well decorated
We can't take pictures that do the place justice.
Large sliding glass doors that fold into the wall giving you a full wall of wide open view of the ocean.
Being on the third floor you do not hear people walking above you.
The ceilings are also a bit higher in this unit compared to the units below. The extra couple feet make a huge difference.
Also being on the third floor the bugs are not as bad.
It is great to have your own personal restroom just an elevator ride away.
It's perfect for kids and nap time, where you can still enjoy the beach from the unit while kiddos are sleeping.
