We had a very nice stay at this boutique home. The house is comfortable and has all amenities needed. The pool and yard are beautiful and relaxing. The communication with the host Cassie is excellent. We woke up one day and noticed the refrigerator wasn’t working, I messaged Cassie and she had a new one there in a couple hours, before we lost any food. The location was very convenient to I 95, there is a good pizza place within walking distance, the beach is about a 15 minute drive. We would stay here again.

Great short stay

We stayed a couple of nights for a concert at iThink. The house was perfect. The best part was the yard, the pool gave us some much needed cooling-off. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful

Clean, spacious, covered outside patio in the back was a huge win. Communication with the property manager was prompt and friendly. Extra touches like an expresso machine and nice style and decor. Overall, fantastic, would stay again.

Very nice home

The house was spacious and well decorated. TV’s were easy to operate and dining room table was perfect for eating and card games. Plenty of linens and towels.

Great backyard but very pricey for what you get

Nice home with a great backyard. We had a bit of an issue checking in but the host tried to be very nice about it. The decor was also very nice but there few things needed to be tended to. Ice maker does not work, nor both tvs in the bedrooms. We could’ve used more linens but that okay.. i tried to wash them but there was not any laundry soap. Overall nice home but we felt this was extremely pricey for the experience that you get.

Thank you for staying with us and thank you for your honest review and feedback. We strive to make sure that our guests have the best experience. Regarding the issue with check in, we did what we could to make up for it by allowing a 5pm late check out. I wish you informed me of some of these issues so that we could have assisted in solving them and or guide you through how to troubleshoot the tv. We have at least 3-4 sets of linens for each bedroom so I could have let you know where to find them and also provide extra laundry soap or any thing that you needed. We always appreciate feedback good and bad so that we can continue to ensure the best experience. I am taking all of your feedback constructively by going through these issues and fix or correct them. Thanks again!

Relaxing home with a pool

Property was nice and clean and only a 15 minute drive to Palm Beach and the shops and restaurants. Owner was responsive when we called to say all the bikes had flat tires. Brought over a bike pump and another bike. Ice maker was broken but they left a bag of ice. Having a pool was nice for late afternoon swim because it was too hot in the early part of the day. I would recommend more lamps in the living room and sunroom. Rooms are too dark. I would also recommend some type of jute rugs due to tile floors being slippery from pool and kitchen water.

Nice and bright and clean. Nice pool and back yard. Really liked the sun room/seating area. Lots of linens and towels and beach and pool gear. Safe neighborhood with lots of people going for walks and bike rides. Easy location. The owners were fantastic!! Very attentive, nice, and helpful! Would stay here again!

Backyard oasis

A Wonderful Weekend!

We had a great time at Cassie's house! The house was just as you see in the pictures - a beautiful Florida home with lots space inside and out! It rained all weekend, so unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool too much, but the Florida/Sun room was a great place to hang out. On our check out day, the sun came out and we asked Cassie for a late check out. She offered us another hour (or maybe 2? I can't remember) with no charge, OR we could stay for the rest of the afternoon for a $50 fee. We had no problem paying an extra $50 for an entire day at the pool. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again!

Family Staycation

We wanted a staycation with our family. The property is beautiful with plenty of room for our group of 2 adults and 5 children. The backyard sitting area and pool were amazing as we spent most of our time in the pool. Check in was very easy and Cassie was a pleasure to work with, she answered all our questions immediately. Will definitely stay again and we highly recommend!

Home away from home
