Crisp & Clean Condo, Steps to Beach & Pool in Key Colony Beach - Ground Floor

Crisp and Clean Florida Keys Studio Condo in a Key Colony ocean front complex with heated pool and private beach. Unit #21 is Ground Floor (no stairs) studio condo with a colorful interior featuring all new decor and kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Relax on the back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door. Private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's, BBQ grills for guest use.

Ground floor studio condo sleeps 4. Bathroom has walk-in shower and all new tile. Two comfy queen sized beds with crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels. Fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!
We pride ourselves on keeping our condos super clean and fresh. We promise a great Keys experience!

You'll have full use of the beach, lounge chairs, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool and grassy areas. There is even a shuffleboard court if you're up to a fun challenge!

Within the city of Key Colony Beach everything is within walking distance including three restaurants, tackle store, clothing boutiques and gift shops. We have tennis, bocce, pickelball and basketball courts. We also have two children’s playgrounds and a charming par 3 golf course (rental clubs available).

If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will deliver them to the property. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from the condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. There is a bike rack on the side of the complex and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. You can call them direct to reserve and schedule delivery

Kim is very responsive to messages. Room looks as shown in photos. Mattresses are quite firm-I loved it—spouse prefers softer mattress. Think hotel room sized stay. Pool was very clean. 6ft depth, and fantastic. If you want beach to water entry, plan to drive to sombrero beach just about 6 miles further south or go on to Bahia Honda :)

We really enjoyed our vacation in MARATHON. IT WAS A PERFECT CENTRAL KEY AND OUR CONDO WAS CLEAN AND PERFECT. We especially enjoyed the beach and grill area.

What an incredible visit!

This was the perfect place for us. The hosts were spectacular and location was just perfect. Spent a day on Bahia Honda State Park, which was not very far from the place and had a great time. The grounds are immaculately taken care of and relaxing at the small beach at the site is just the medicine we needed.

Our second time ..we spent 5 nights always a pressure to stay in this wonderful clean, and organize condo .Everything is taking care perfect from the pool to the beach and barbeque area . We enjoy make barbeque and having dinner at the beach . Kim is an amazing manager she is always welcome to everyone and ready to help you .The management and staff are incredible . Terrific beachside property

Key Colony Beach is one of the best locations in the keys, close to everything. This condo was clean, in a nice little community with a pool, has a great little sandy area with steps going down to a little private section of ocean-side cove. The KCB community is quiet and has walking areas restaurants, a beautiful little beach and pier at Sunset park, and is within a short drive of all of the food, restaurants and activities in Marathon.

Great beach side place to stay!

This place was the cutest little place to stay! I was by myself but felt perfectly safe. Great parking and the property has its own little piece of beach to get down into the sand. The pool was also great and very clean. I had a few questions throughout my stay and the owner was very quick to respond and help me out. I will definitely stay here again!

Baby’s first vacation

Property is very clean and close to the beach. The beach area is great with chairs, umbrellas and a grilling area. This is the best view from a grill I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back.
