Fully Renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Gulf Front Corner Condo. Light, Airy, and Beachy! Beautifully Decorated in colors that reflect the Sun, Sand & Water. This condo has an Expansive Direct View of the Beach & Gulf of Mexico from a private 20ft balcony off the Living Room & Master Bedroom. 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms face Inter-coastal Waters. Porcelain Wood Look Plank Tile Flooring throughout the entire condo. Master Bedroom has a King bed & Ensuite Bathroom. 2 Queen beds in 2nd Bedroom. 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. The guest bathroom has an Ensuite Lockout with 2nd bedroom or is accessible from the hallway. Ceiling Fans in every room. Televisions in Living Room, Master, and 2nd Bedroom. 2 DVD players. This is a Private End Unit that is located on the Northwest end of the building and has extra views of the Beach. Other amenities include Heated Gulf Front Pool and Hot Tub, Recreation Room, BBQ Grills. Free long distance in the U.S. and Canada, Free wifi & Cable TV. Premium under building parking spot. Highly recommend!

Everything from the time we booked the condo to the time we left was great. The staff at Plumlee was very friendly and helpful. I had to call a few times with questions and easily got through to an employee who was happy to assist. The checkin and checkout process we very easy. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed including a high chair for our 7 month old that we forgot to bring. The location was great with easy access to everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend Plumlee and will be staying here again when we return in 2 years.

Great view of the Gulf

My family and I stayed here in December and had a good experience. We did have to call maintenance on a couple of fairly minor issues, but they were great about fixing them the next morning. The condo could use a little updating but it was very good for the price, views and location.

Room with a view

First I like to say that Plumlee was great when called to make my last payment & when I was checking in. The person who helped me was very friendly & answered all my questions. Gave me a little welcome bag with info about the condo & about Indian shores it self. I would definitely use them again. It was my first time using them & it was great!! The condo we stayed in at Sand Castle 1 was nice. I loved how the living room & main bedroom faced the beach!! Both rooms had access to the patio. It had a well stocked kitchen . There was lots of blankets & towels. We utilized the chairs for the beach area. We also used the heated pool & hot tub on the property. I will use that particular condo.. There was plenty of things to do on the island & there was local restaurants. My family & I had a blast!!

Everything was as advertised! Lovely condo right on the beach. Everything was clean and labeled. Enjoyed the area and will certainly go back
