Ce condo est configuré pour accueillir jusqu'à 6, avec 2 chambres à coucher, 2 bains et un canapé-lit dans la taniÚre. Une vue fantastique sur le balcon ne sont pas tous ce que ce condo a à offrir! Mis à part tous les conforts de la maison avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un lit King dans le maßtre avec une salle de bain privée et une entrée sur le balcon, et la deuxiÚme chambre dispose d'un lit queen et d'un canapé-lit dans la taniÚre. Une connexion Wi-Fi et une télévision par cùble dans chaque chambre vous permettront de rester en contact avec le monde extérieur si vous pouvez vous éloigner de la plage ou de la piscine, situées à quelques pas de là. Il y a un parking couvert assigné avec des places pour invités.

Everything was great overall, just a combination of little things kept me from giving a 5 star rating. Sone lights out, broken fixtures, stains in carpets/towels, beat up pots/pans, etc. The location was beautiful though and the view amd proximity to the beach was amazing!

The balcony and views were priceless, and the pool and hot tub came in even more useful than we had thought since we were there during a cold snap. Hot tub is actually a real hot tub and not just a warm pool. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The only complaint/suggestion for change we had was that the rooms could use some blackout curtains because it’s hard for small kids/infants to sleep with just shears or blinds.

Great views

We just left the Penthouse 3 condo after a wonderful week. The location was beautiful and the place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and had coffee on the balcony every morning to watch the dolphins. It had everything you would need for a great vacation week. One thing we wished for was a curtain or drape for the master bedroom as we like to sleep in a darker room but the bed was very comfortable. Also the couch could use a little cleaning but there was an extra sheet in the room with the bunk beds so we covered it. But it was just to appease our minds. Thanks so much for sharing your location and condo. We would love to come back.

Absolutely loved our stay. None of wanted to go home. Biggest thing for me is what a place smells like when you first open the door. This condo smelled freshly clean and new. Ps there is lots beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys in the closet out on the porch

Great experience

The room was very nice. Not quite set up for all adults. Probably meant for 2 families with children. Parking was a little tricky since we had 3 cars. We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and there was a huge firework display right on the beach for the 4th of July

Great overall

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was to our liking, however the sofa bed was not clean and there was candy all inside and therefore it was not utilized.

Great place

We had a party of 6 adults and this place fit us perfectly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cooking pots and pans and cutlery. There was plenty of towels and linens. The washer and dryer made it easy to keep up with all the swim suits and beach towels used each day. The view was spectacular! Was able to sit out there every morning and watch the dolphins and every evening to watch the sun go down. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, we slept great every night (I even looked to see what type of pillows they were so I can get them for my house). The parking was tight especially if you have a larger vehicle but it was manageable. The ONLY negative thing I experienced was the water pressure. It was not great but again, it was manageable. We wld absolutely stay here again!

Much needed maintenance

The condo needs a lot of maintenance. Cabinets didn’t stay closed with the trash can could not open the dryer with out pushing the bifold door the water barely came out of all facets the bed with the bunk bed was so loose could not use the top one and the cooling in that room was bad barely came out. Would not stay at that condo unit

Great trip for family of 6.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. Our group consisted of two adults and four children (ages 4–11). Having stayed at several different condos over the years, we found the layout of this unit to be among the best for accommodating a larger group. The children especially loved the bunk beds, which added to the fun of the trip.The only minor drawback was that the sliding doors to the bunk room offered limited noise insulation, making it a bit challenging when the adults stayed up later than the kids.Each bedroom was equipped with a large television, although we hardly used them, as we spent most of our time at the beach and exploring the local area. The furniture and beds were all high-quality and sturdily built, and the recently renovated bathrooms were clean and modern.We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which included plenty of cookware and solid cutlery—the best we’ve encountered in any rental (though the knives could use a bit of sharpening).Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely keep this unit at the top of our list for future visits!

In my opinion this is not a Penthouse it is a 3-bedroom top floor rental.

This is not what I expected for a penthouse. It is on the 10th floor, which is the top floor, but it does not have high-end features, spacious layouts, and expansive outdoor areas like terraces or decks. It does have a deck, but it is not different than any other apartments. The faucets just trickle water out because aerators are clogged, the hot water smells like sulfur, the shower heads are clogged water stream is low, the right front burner needs an infinite switch on the stove, the dryer door needs switched because you can't open the door unless you disconnect one side of the bifold door. Only one elevator is working so there are long wait times to go any.

Nice Unit

The unit was fine, but there were issues with the property. There was only one working elevator and the pool was closed for two days. Other properties rented to people who had teens who where arrested for underaged drinking. It was not the owner's fault, but there were issues with the property and those who rented other units.

Five Week Stay

Management company was very responsive to initial couple of matters. Outstanding balcony view of the Gulf with dolphin viewing most days. Excellent stay.

could have been better for the price

this unit needs to be updated. the floor was really dirty. the patio furniture was old and rusty in some places. the water pressure was horrible. beds were very comfortable. no kitchen towels or dish cloths. missing enough forks and spoons. I don't know, I think for the price it should have been more equipped. also, not told the pool and hot tub was not working for the first whole week. that ws really a bummer... oh well.

Great Week in Indian Rocks Beach

We had a great week at this condo. It was very nice. We stay in one of the Sandcastle condo buildings every year. They are just the best for the area. This one was no different in the high quality we expected. There were lots of beach toys for our grandson. There is a great view of the Gulf that is just so wonderful. We saw dolphins and enjoyed watching the boats. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Family trip

We spent a full week at this condo in August 2024 (2 adults and 2 kids) and enjoyed our stay. The beach and the pool were not crowded and the weather was perfect! Amazing sunsets!! The condo itself had plenty of space for the 4 of us, the views were amazing on the 10th floor, plus the location is great in the area with restaurants nearby. We have rented appartments multiple times in the area and elsewhere in the world, this condo was unfortunately not the best one. The main reasons: the terrace is not clean and the patio furniture is old and broken/rusty/dirty. Also, the beds are not comfortable, the kitchen supply and the appliances are not good quality either. The bedrooms don't have blackout curtains or just curtains so it is bright early in the morning... not ideal when on vacation! The small bedroom doesn't even have a real door. In our opinion, this condo needs some improvements to be 5-star. A new dishawasher, a TV cabinet, a remodeled entrance, a door to the smallest bedroom, blakcout curtains in all bedrooms, better items in the kitchen.

Million dollar view.

My family & I loved this condo. Very spacious for 2 adults & 3 teens. All the comforts of home & very clean. View was amazing & only a few steps to the warm gulf waters. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Hosts were quick to answer texts & calls. We would definitely stay here again.
