Ce condo est configuré pour accueillir jusqu'à 6, avec 2 chambres à coucher, 2 bains et un canapé-lit dans la tanière. Une vue fantastique sur le balcon ne sont pas tous ce que ce condo a à offrir! Mis à part tous les conforts de la maison avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un lit King dans le maître avec une salle de bain privée et une entrée sur le balcon, et la deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit queen et d'un canapé-lit dans la tanière. Une connexion Wi-Fi et une télévision par câble dans chaque chambre vous permettront de rester en contact avec le monde extérieur si vous pouvez vous éloigner de la plage ou de la piscine, situées à quelques pas de là. Il y a un parking couvert assigné avec des places pour invités.

The place was exactly what was described , clean, comfortable and with beautiful views of the sunset. Direct beach access was perfect. The unit was very quiet, couldn't hear any neighbors while inside. Definitely worth every penny!

Indian Shore was beautiful and the beaches were pristine. Property/condo was nice but dated. We were on the 10th floor and the views were spectacular. However, there was only one elevator operating and on a one occasion that elevator was not working. My husband has a heart condition, and the elevator was a concern.

View was as promised, kitchen was appropriately stocked. Only complaint is that the furniture had been moved around from where the pictures on the website showed and made the initial impression of the room very poor. After rearranging the furniture in the living area and on the porch as displayed on the website and adding some fresh flowers it became more enjoyable. Also, the mattress in the 3rd bedroom could use some improvement. We did call maintenance to have a grease spot removed from the ceiling above the microwave. Other than that we did enjoy our trip. The beach and pool / outdoor kitchen area is good. We did enjoy our stay.

We have been staying in this area for vacations for almost 20 years. Sheets and pillowcases?

We liked the location and overall space. Our main issue - linens and bedding. We were assured the sofa bed would have linens. It didn’t. And we discovered that the bunk room beds had no sheets - but didn’t have time to call because our grandkids never told us and they were with us 3 days. We were embarrassed. Why rely on tenants calling? Can’t your maintenance people notify the owner when they’re cleaning on Saturday? By the way, we sent an email to the owner about this. Crickets.

The balcony and views were priceless, and the pool and hot tub came in even more useful than we had thought since we were there during a cold snap. Hot tub is actually a real hot tub and not just a warm pool. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The only complaint/suggestion for change we had was that the rooms could use some blackout curtains because it’s hard for small kids/infants to sleep with just shears or blinds.

Everything was great overall, just a combination of little things kept me from giving a 5 star rating. Sone lights out, broken fixtures, stains in carpets/towels, beat up pots/pans, etc. The location was beautiful though and the view amd proximity to the beach was amazing!

I wrote to iTrip regarding the very dirty condition of the condo. Food on cabinet doors, sand in dressers, filthy baseboards, dirty touch surfaces, sandy floors, crumbs all over, etc. We have stayed in Sandcastle I, II or III every year for over 10 years, this our first rental with VRBO iTrip. I called the rep the first night and sent pictures, I could have sent more, even the vacuum was missing any tools and the hose broken. It was a premium price for the unit. We rented for 4 weeks, so I cleaned in order to make it tolerable. The other retired professionals who stayed with us suggested not looking under the beds. The curtain in the master bedroom is shear, so anyone on the balcony had a free show as we came out of the bathroom. I know the units get hard use, and some guests are not respectful of property, but in all of our years this was bad. I don't expect perfection.

Absolutely loved our stay. None of wanted to go home. Biggest thing for me is what a place smells like when you first open the door. This condo smelled freshly clean and new. Ps there is lots beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys in the closet out on the porch

Management company was very responsive to initial couple of matters. Outstanding balcony view of the Gulf with dolphin viewing most days. Excellent stay.

The room was very nice. Not quite set up for all adults. Probably meant for 2 families with children. Parking was a little tricky since we had 3 cars. We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and there was a huge firework display right on the beach for the 4th of July

We just left the Penthouse 3 condo after a wonderful week. The location was beautiful and the place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and had coffee on the balcony every morning to watch the dolphins. It had everything you would need for a great vacation week. One thing we wished for was a curtain or drape for the master bedroom as we like to sleep in a darker room but the bed was very comfortable. Also the couch could use a little cleaning but there was an extra sheet in the room with the bunk beds so we covered it. But it was just to appease our minds. Thanks so much for sharing your location and condo. We would love to come back.
