We really enjoyed our recent stay at this Condo. Clean and comfortable, the View of the Gulf is amazing! The location is great! We are already planning on going back next year!

The unit was not cleaned well before we got there. There were candies left unwrapped out on a table, there was hair in one of the drains, sticky substance on one of the nightstands. The furniture was very dated and yellowed. The dining table was very wobbly. Pots and pans had to be washed prior to being able to use. Not a good experience or well maintained condo.

The condo was better then described. The grounds were perfectly manicured. This is our 4th year coming back to this area and it is perfect for our family of 4. I would rent this unit again

Very nice stay . One of the elevators was down which caused a problem but was fixed in a couple days. These things happen. The dryer could use some tlc. Place was very clean new nice pots and pans. Would stay again.

Perfect Beach Condo

Perfect beach condo for a mother/daughter get away. The condo had the best view, was so clean, well stocked, great and convenient location, nice working A/C and loved the comfy beds. Will be booking again.

We were very impressed how clean and nice everything was in the condo. This is the first time we visited this part of Florida and we loved it. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location truly couldn’t be better—sunsets literally right from the balcony every night , and the beach was right there. Just hop on the elevator, walk out to the pool area, and you’re on the beach in seconds.We loved the hot tub and pool area, and the beds were super comfortable. The balcony was perfect, the neighborhood was low-key and quiet, and everyone we met was friendly—even the guys doing building improvements.The condo was clean, updated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of kitchen supplies. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly whenever I had a question. The washer and dryer were great (a little loud, but totally fine). We also had a laugh realizing the beach chairs were tucked away in the closet area on the balcony .Mini golf was about a mile walk, and Caddy’s restaurant across the street had a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we will absolutely be back!

Relaxing Get A Way

This condo was off the beaten path of Clearwater. It was very quiet and we had the whole beach and ocean pretty much to our selves. The condo had everything we needed for the week and grocery stores were not far away. There is a good restaurant across the road or if you enjoy a little walk there were restaurants around a mile away. We had a very relaxing and much needed week away with the girls

Florida fun

We had a great time in Florida. The room was perfect for our family of 5. The beach views, location, and access were perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location for activities we had planned was perfect. We were able to adjust our reservation after the Southwest airlines Christmas mess.

condo very nice, million dollar view, only issues 1 elevater working, people were saving chairs all day at pool,andbarbecues needed cleaning or refreshed
