Easy access to every location with the ever-present bikes and scooters available to rent by the minute in the neighborhood.

Very private corner unit with vaulted ceilings and an ocean view from a very large furnished rooftop patio - the best place to soak in the sun while reading a book or surfing the web. It is also lit for evening enjoyment as well. A lovely place to enjoy smores over the firepit. The lower terrace is complete with grill for year-round cookouts in the lovely Santa Monica climate.

There is a master suite with a queen bed and separate bathroom while the guest bedroom has a bunkbed with a 3rd bed that pulls out from underneath the bunkbed. A large crib can also be available upon request. The upstairs is an open artist's loft overlooking the living room which can also be used as an emergency 3rd bedroom.

For your entertainment purposes at home, you will find a giant hutch filled with games and puzzles for both adults and children. We will also leave half of the guest room's closet full of children's toys (ages 4 & 7) which can be removed upon request.

In order to keep you working out away from your gym, we have a rowing machine, an exercise bike, a small step machine and a backbend bench in the unit. Within a few blocks' walk straight along Ocean Park Blvd in either direction you have at your disposable Gelson's market, Bob's market, plenty of cafés and fine dining, ice cream parlor, shopping and, if you continue a little further past Main Street you will arrive at the ocean itself.
