Cheryl was an excellent host—truly A-plus. She was attentive, helpful, and very responsive whenever we had a question. The condo was as advertised, extremely comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen that had all the conveniences of home. The location is ideal—very walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, and the pier area.Having an assigned parking spot in an enclosed garage and a conveniently located washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and effortless.We would absolutely stay here again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our 2 month stay in Santa Monica. Easy to walk to everything including the beach.We spent a lot of time on the outside balcony. Pictures and descriptions were accurate and Cheryl left great instructions. Parking in underground garage was a plus.

It’s clear a lot of care has gone into this property. And Cheryl was a fantastic host - attentive, quick to respond and to handle any issues, and an overall very kind person! Great in every way

The condo is clean, in a great location and is really cute. It has all the amenities one could need. It really was a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck, enjoying the view and the weather. Cheryl was so easy to deal with. If we had an issue she addressed it right away. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous location, wonderful stay

For this location, the value was really good. Walking distance to Montana, The Promenade and the ocean (beautiful views overlooking the Pacific). Safe streets, great for walking around. Apartment is just what is needed. Far enough away from the street that it's quiet. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything you need. And laundry just down the back stairs. Communication with the host was excellent - very willing to accommodate reasonable requests. Excellent place.

Beautiful and great location in Santa Monica

We spent one month at this beautiful apartment in Santa Monica. The location could not have been better. Walking distance to food store, restaurants and shopping as well as the beach. This place is yet in a very quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. The apartment was clean and fully equipped when we wanted to cook at home once in a while. Living room was very comfy to hang out in, beds were comfortable as well. Since we had some cooler days we really appreciated having a couple of electric space heaters and the fire place to quickly warm the room in the morning. Cheryl was very friendly and quick to communicate with us as needed before and during our visit. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Home Away From Home

We stayed at this property for two months in January and February. The condo was perfect. The location is a nice neighborhood close to Palisades Park, Montana Ave shops and restaurants, close to Wiltshire Blvd shops and restaurants. You can walk to the nearest grocery store. The condo has every amenity you can think of. I met a lot of nice people walking their dogs Etc. I plan to stay there again. Cheryl was a perfect host. Very friendly and responsive. Out of a scale of 1 to 10. Cheryl’s place is an 11.

The most MAGICAL place in Wilshire Montana!

I wish I had the words to fully articulate what a beautiful place this is. The unit is so airy yet cozy — the natural light spreads throughout the space so well, and the outdoor living room is SO unique! Every room is spacious, well supplied, and clean. The building itself is the perfect balance between having character and renovated. Last but surely not least, Cheryl is an AMAZING host. She is so kind, communicative, helpful, and absolute SUNSHINE in human form! We cannot possibly recommend this place enough. THANK YOU, Cheryl, for welcoming us into your space — it is a core memory!
