Two beach chairs with umbrella and garage parking pass included with rental. Beautiful gulf-front 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a bunk nook steps from the beach and premier shops, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park. This spacious condo has a large living area, full kitchen with all the amenities, and a balcony with views of the gulf. Recently painted and very clean. This unit comes with a washer and dryer. Guests also have access to the condominium pool and other amenities. Easily sleeps 6 with a sofa bed. Perfect place for a relaxing get away and fun in the sun!

Nice condo

Stayed here for a week and everything was great. Location is perfect if you’re looking to be within walking distance to pier park. Plenty of amenities, clean, and wonderful complex.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Clean property. Within walking distance of Pier Park. Easy to get in and out of the parking garage. The check in and out time is different from the VRBO page. The papers I was emailed said that the check in time was 3pm and check out was 10am, which is an hour earlier for both than what was on VRBO. I would definitely stay here again. 9/10 recommend.

Great Time

Mr. Thompson responded quickly to my many emails and phone calls and was very pleasant to speak with!! The condo was beautiful and wow...the air conditioning worked fabulously!! It would have been nice to have had a couple of rugs to wipe sandy feet on but a towel worked pretty good!

10 year wedding anniversary.

The unit was wonderful & clean, which we appreciated & enjoyed. The employees at the front desk were very friendly & helpful. This was a relief since the property manager was no help at all & communication with him was poor. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted or needed. Overall our stay was great for our 10 year anniversary & we hope to return with our children next year.

Parking garage

I would suggest letting your guests know to print the parking pass or go to front desk and display pass in your windshield. They told us this was required. And when we left at 5:30 this morning they had put in 12:00 AM it expired so we could not get out. Finally found someone to help us.

PCB Stay

Great stay. Super close to lots of fun stuff. Ate at Hooked and it was delicious. View was great. Only downfall was that of you want to put up a canopy on the beach you have to get up super early in order to get a spot next to the water. Very little area to put up canopies. If you’re not down there at 5:30am then you will be farther back from the water with other canopies in front of you. But husband is an early bird and we never had any issues. Everything was as expected and everyone was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

HIGHLY unpleasant experience—our privacy was completed invaded. As I was coming out of the shower, a hoard of people opened my door and entered the condo. I felt extremely unsafe and violated. It was a double booking situation - another family had our room booked for the night even though our checkout was for the next day. The owner was VERY UNHELPFUL and RUDE. He had a major attitude problem. Our code was given away and we were locked in our room for the rest of the evening because we were worried that the group would come back into the room. There was cash, jewelry, computers, and personal items still in the room. We were lucky to be in the room when this happened. They were unable to reset the code in a fashionable time. The room was in disgusting condition, but I chose to ignore it until this situation; towels smelled like sewage, we had to wash them multiple times and the smell still hasn’t gone out; we had to buy our own towels from the store .The pillows were yellowed from age. We couldn’t even fry an egg because the pans were from the 1980s, rusting and smelly. There was no soap in the bathrooms, one roll of toilet paper was provided for everyone, and all would-be complaints listed in the welcome book were clearly ripped out. NEVER stay at this particular location Calypso Tower again, and never recommend it to anyone else. I was stuck with my youngest daughter in the elevator for half an hour, and no help on the way even when the call button was pressed the entire ti

Great Condo & Communication

Condo was very nice, with a gorgeous view. Jonathan is very responsive to communication & does everything he can to make your stay perfect. The two lounge chairs on the beach is a plus!! I have no complaints at all. This was a girl's trip (2 of us) and I slept on the sofa sleeper and it is very, very comfortable. Hoping to get back next year. Thank you for sharing your Florida home with us 😊

Great location - needs a refresh

Pros- Great location. Quiet. Easy check in and check out. Housekeeping response - Unit’s floors were dirty upon arrival and housekeeping promptly addressed the issues the next day. Cons- the furnishings are more worn than what the listing photos show. Example - Outdoor table top corroded and couch cushions stained and have a cigarette burn. hole. Indoor chair springs are broken. A refresh would be great!

Great location

Everything was great except the supplies. One roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one trash bag, zero food stuffs like salt and pepper, etc. If you plan on cooking, bring EVERYthing. Very clean on arrival and bed was comfy. Within walking of Pier Park with lots of restaurants and bars and shopping.
