Two beach chairs with umbrella and garage parking pass included with rental. Beautiful gulf-front 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a bunk nook steps from the beach and premier shops, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park. This spacious condo has a large living area, full kitchen with all the amenities, and a balcony with views of the gulf. Recently painted and very clean. This unit comes with a washer and dryer. Guests also have access to the condominium pool and other amenities. Easily sleeps 6 with a sofa bed. Perfect place for a relaxing get away and fun in the sun!

Great place to stay

Spent 4 nights at this condo! Close to Pier Park, kids loved the area and lots of teens staying in the complex. Room was perfect for us just wished the chairs in the living room area reclined.

Excellent Property

We stayed here for Spring Break and it was amazing. This property was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Only a 2 minute walk to Pier Park! Free beach chairs were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a great time. Heather was quick to respond to any questions we had! The unit had great views and a great location! Only recommendation I have would be to have some kid friendly dinnerware.

this place is a great! i would highly recommend this place for a getaway! having easy access to the pool and beach is amazing. the view is so beautiful. close proximity to pier park and many other things like walmart. the condo is very comfortable and clean. it comes with everything you need! perfect for a couples getaway or a small family. definitely would love to come back!

Great stay

Condo is just as listed! Heather is great! View is wonderful ! You can watch the dolphins in the early morning . Walk to pier park for shopping in the afternoon and Walmart is also very close for all your needs . Over all great stay will definitely stay again. Alarm was sounded mid stay called Heather and got answers fast!

The condo is great and the views from the balcony are awesome...the sofa bed isn't great (I suppose that they usually arn't) and I'd suggest some night lights for the kitchen and bathrooms.The ref. light was out and the light at the micro hood was out...overall it was great and I'd stay there again!

Amazing view. Great location.

Calypso was perfectly located right across from Pier Park which was a very short walk to get there. This unit is on the 16th floor, the view up there was beautiful! Beach was nice and clean. Resort pools were good. Condo worked perfectly for our young daughters, husband and myself. The complaints we had are there was a dirty outfit under the bunk. It lacked extra amenities. There was one dish towel and one dish rag. No extra garbage bags.

Beautiful Condo

As soon as we opened the door we could smell how clean the condo was - great job Diane! It was spacious and had everything we needed. Huge fan of the blackout curtains! Couple tips for future renters: 1. The master toilet handle needs a jiggle after flushing to prevent it from running. 2. Bring pillows for the master bed if you are picky about pillows. 3. There are 2 beach chairs at the condo in addition to the 2 lounge/umbrella included. You will not be disappointed with this unit!

Nice unit, great view and close to elevator. Top bunk bed was full of sand, floors were not vacuumed well. Overall unit was nice cleaning person could have done better.

Great place to stay

The location is great. View from the balcony is wonderful. Only thing I think could be better is the bed in the master bedroom. You can definitely tell it’s been used a lot for quite a while. It’s still tolerable tho. The sofa bed could also use some TLC. Other than that it’s a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo. Beautiful view

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. It would be helpful to include information on how to request your 2 chairs outside, and the approximate to and from times they are available. This is not a negative comment at all, just one that could be helpful to folks that don't know. Had a small glitch with the air. The owner and housekeeper responded quickly. It was totally not the condos issue, but with the actual resort. All was fixed quickly. We would stay again for sure!
