Spend your days watching spring training games, teeing off at a championship golf course, or hiking @ Papago Park, followed by relaxing nights wining and dining on your balcony.
Tactfully positioned along the northern front of Tempe Town Lake, Northshore residents have first class views of Tempe Town Lake, the ASU football stadium and the stunning Arizona sunsets. Across the street from the community is a small commercial strip with a variety of restaurants such as Starbucks, In-N-Out Burger, Wingstop and a Yogurt shop to cater to the local’s late night cravings. This great location also allows for easy access to the 202 freeway granting access anywhere in Phoenix.

My wife and I moved our first born, and only daughter into Arizona State University just before the fall semester of her freshman year after she accepted the scholarship from ASU. After moving her in and shedding a couple of tears of joy, we decided to learn more about the Tempe community. We quickly fell in love with Tempe. In that same week we decided to view vacation home properties and fell in love with this "North Shore" Condominium along Tempe Town Lake. We made the bold move to make an offer and low and behold, we became the owners of this beautiful condo. Since then, we continue to fall deeper in love with Tempe Town Lake and all the amazing things to see and do in Tempe. It is simply amazing, the endless amount of activities, walking, running, cycling, dining, and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets over Tempe Town Lake.
