With so many places available in the low season in Mesa the Lakehouse properties we offer always seem to make the choice an easy one. The peace and comfort together with the lakefront seems to be a big hit with all of our travelers and guests. And you cannot beat the close-in convenience to so many amenities while still enjoying that,"we escaped from the world" feeling.

Thanks for kind words and your recent visit. The lakefront sunsets and watching the night roll-in was a favorite of ours... and guests always seem to love them, the yard and lakefront also. Funny thing that you mentioned the carpets as Steve mentioned that the prior cleaning was not by our regular service due to a schedule conflict. We were not satisfied with the outcome and we are having the carpets and upholstery cleaning done by our favorite service provider this time. Evidently the kidos and pet of the guests prior to you had some "spill" issues and stains did not fully come out So if we don't get the results we need; by the time you return for your next visit... we'll likely have new carpeting for you to enjoy with all of the other things you loved. Hope to see you back next visit.

Glad to have provided this opportunity for escape and some relaxation. And yes, 4-leggeds are welcome too. Whether for you, an area neighbor or vacationers traveling several states, we're glad to be 'home base'. As you, and some recent past guests have discovered and expressed; our Lakehouses are an equally nice way to make sure that their 'home away from home'; during unexpected repairs and/or the 'planned renovation', is as pleasant as possible. We are so very happy that we're able to provide a peaceful place and welcoming atmosphere coupled with so many great attributes and amenities for our guests. I appreciate your review and kind comments. And, but isn't having a large grocery store so Close, SO Convenient? Anyway, we have extremely enjoyed having been able to provide you with a safe place for some of your personal belongings, as well as a bit of paradise while you were displaced with the remodeling. Everyone WANTS and appreciates a safe, relaxing and "fun" place for vacation and getaways. (The location and lake setting also adds a romantic touch and atmosphere); Yet, for us to have been able to provide you with such a great place when your family NEEDED it for continuity of your day-to-day lives made hosting you, even more, "special". Everyone that has stayed at either of our lake houses for extended getaways and vacations comment on the impressive lake location and views. Yet I am truly happy to have afforded you an extended 'home away' option, "with a view" for your temporary relocation.

The Master Bedroom mattress and living room furnishings were updated and or replaced after your visit as our 1st VRBO guests. We made the adjustments mostly in response and thanks to your feedback. As well as making the garage accessible for guests for parking a vehicle.

Thank you for your kind review. Most everyone seems to say that the peacefulness of the lake setting is their favorite feature of our Lakehouses. However, the convenience to everything is also a great positive and also mentioned often. Thank you again, we were very happy to have you stay at our Lake place while you were displaced.

We appreciated the opportunity to be - your, Home Away... we try our best to constantly keep our properties in great condition and stocked with all of the amenities. Most often its vacation time, and the nearby restaurants come in VERY Handy. But having the fully equipped kitchen with most everything needed to create, cook, make and bake certainly makes "Staying-In" opportunistic for the cooking enthusiast. You are welcome back any time we have a vacancy.

Thanks for the 5 star review. The Lake views, privacy and relaxing time the home provides are the most commonly received comments from our guests. And being so well located to everything and close to the freeway; while still providing the "get away from it all" experience seems to make it an affordable favorite for Extended Vacation or Executive Transfers alike.
