Waterfront Villa with Boathouse in Alexandria Bay

Modern boathouse villa in Alexandria Bay, NY with all the comforts of home. Within walking distance to downtown with its many quaint shops and restaurants. Whether you're a water enthusiast or an angler, you're in the right place here. Enjoy boating, water sports, sight-seeing and so much more. Neighboring attractions include golf, mini golf, drive in movie theatre, Uncle Sam boat tours, Clayton Boat museum, distilleries, winery, festivals and so much more. Take a break from it all and enjoy the pristine water of the St. Lawrence River. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably with two queen beds and two twins along with a queen size pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. An electric fireplace will warm up those chilly evenings and the full wall windows give you a beautiful view overlooking the bay. Beautiful new quartz countertops in bathrooms & new flooring throughout home. There are TV’s in every bedroom & the living room. Internet is readily available. The boathouse is included in your stay at no extra cost! The boat house uses a garage door entry to the waterway and is accessed from the parking level with keyless entry. The front door is also keyless entry. Parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, and there is overflow parking on a first come first serve basis. We hope all guests will treat our home as their own and enjoy it as much as we do! Disclosure: There are cameras outside the Villa & in boathouse for security purposes only.

The owner was very helpful and responsive. My only complaint is that the upstairs shower head doesn’t adjust for shorter people and is pressed against the wall. Overall, it was very clean and pretty much everything we needed was there (minus a coffee pot, but we left ours there for other guests to utilize).

We had a great stay! The home was clean, had lots of room for 6 adults and was only a 10min walk to the bay! Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Great Vacation Rental

The condo was perfect, and the boat house was a wonderful bonus. The unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The view wasn't the best, I wish it was overlooking the river, but the boat launch was entertaining some nights. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this townhouse with all adult family of 5. Clean, and easy checkin process. Right across from a marina which was really nice! Boat house was AWESOME for docking out boat! Also, the host is very helpful and communicative. We will be back again!

Hidden Gem

These condos are tucked away in Carnegie Bay, you'd hardly know they were there. Everything was as advertised. The kids loved the books and games that were in the loft bedroom. It was nice to be so close to A-bay. Our experience with Carnegie Bay Marina was also great.

We are a family of 5 and enjoy the outdoors. We love to go boating & kayaking. Winter time, we ski & ride snowmobiles. We’re from a small town near the Sacandaga Lake/reservoir, just shy of 3 hours from Alex Bay. Thousand Islands has become one of our favorite places to be.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We first visited Alexandria Bay, locals call it “The River” in Summer of 2018. We fell in love with this property right away. The boathouse underneath is truly one of a kind. You won’t find any other townhomes with this in the area. When we heard there was one available, we jumped on the opportunity to buy in Spring of 2022. Downtown, there are many shops, restaurants & surrounding towns that also have a similar feel. If you’re able to go by boat, you can see all the amazing homes and the “Thousand islands” throughout the St. Lawrence River. It’s a spectacular place to visit & will keep you wanting to come back year after year.
