We are two families with teens who are repeat visitors to this home, and definitely plan on returning again in the future. The open kitchen, dining area, and family room are a huge plus and where we spend most of our time when not enjoying the lake and surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Had a great 3 day stay at the house. The house itself was well kept and very nice but we spent most of our time outside. Our kids really enjoyed the Lily Pad, Paddleboard and Kayaks. We also caught some fish (catfish and bluegills) right off the dock and then roasted s’mores in the firepit by the gazebo. We came during middle of week so it was very quiet in the cove and made for a nice relaxing vacation. Short drive to other attractions around Bagnell damn and Osage Beach as well.

This house was absolutely perfect for the six of us for our lake vacation. The hosts thought of everything, right down to labeling the kitchen cupboards so everything was easy to find. Host communication was fantastic, as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home, and we would 100% stay again!

Great Lake Destination

Beautiful home with great hosts! The weather was cool and rainy, but this house was the perfect place to snuggle in and be together playing games, cooking and watching movies. Had the weather been better, the house offers many amenities to enjoy the water! These hosts have thought of everything, and we had a terrific stay.

Lake of the Ozarks trip

The property was AMAZING! There was plenty of space for three adults and three older teens children. The kids loved the amenities on the property. The dock was a plus. Love the neighborhood. House was clean and check in process was super easy

Great getaway for families and friends

A group of 10 (4 adults / 6 children) of us stayed here and we had a blast. The house was cozy and relaxing, the outdoor space was plentiful and quiet, and the kids had a blast with the kayaks. We would recommend this house and would definetly be coming back in the future.

Great 4th of July

We had a wonderful time at Calm Water Cove. The house had everything we needed. We were very thankful for being in the cove as the main channel of the ozarks was always quite rough. We enjoyed swimming off the dock, campfires and boat rides in our pontoon. One of the highlights was all the different fireworks we got to watch on the 4th of July from our pontoon!

Perfect Lake House

We had such a great time at the location! We chartered a boat for a day and it picked us up at the dock on the property! Everything was clean and very roomy. The neighbors were chill and we had an amazing time!

Famy Getaway!

We absolutely loved Calm Water Cove! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and we spent most of the our days on the dock using the water toys and our evenings by the fire pit. The welcome gift was awesome as well! This was our first trip to the Ozarks and it was just what we needed!

The Perfect Relaxing Getaway

We've rented here twice now for spring break we couldn't be happier with it. It's a quiet, peacefull little cove. The kids love using the kayaks on the lake and the parents love watching them and just relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We'll definitely be coming back. The kids are already asking when!

Great week of floating!

Our group of 8 had a great stay here. The dock is large and the area is perfect for floating and paddling without a lot of boat traffic. The house came with everything we needed to make all our meals, store leftovers, etc. The beds were comfortable, there were lots of towels and good toiletries provided, and we all enjoyed our time here!

Perfect location

This property is exactly as described. We arrived to a cute welcome basket with goodies and an adorable house to enjoy for the weekend. The water is perfect and safe for swimming without worrying about a lot of waves from boaters. Perfect location and close to everyplace we wanted to go. Family had a great time! We will likely try to rent this same location next year for our annual Ozarks Family Trip!
