Southwest themed 3 bedroom condo in Las Palmas with great view and amenities.

Located in Las Palmas Resort in the Green Valley area of St George, our 3 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you need for a great get away! Our 3rd floor patio offers a fabulous view of the desert landscape and the resort offers many amenities which you can enjoy while taking in all that St George has to offer.

We have a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. All dishes, utensils, and pots and pans are provided. We also have a coffee maker, mixer, blender, and waffle maker. There are four stools that sit up to the kitchen bar as well as a dining room table with 6 chairs.

Our spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, attached full bathroom, and sliding doors onto the patio. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and adjoins to a full bath. The 3rd bedroom has a double bunk bed with 2 double beds and a 3rd double mattress in the pull out trundle.

There is a washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener provided. Smart TVs are located in the living room and in two of the bedrooms.

This condo is ideal for families. We have a high chair and a playpen available as well as children's toys and books in the 3rd bedroom and a special set of children's dishes.

We are located on the 3rd floor in a building near the edge of the resort which lends a more peaceful and quiet feel to our condo. Stairs are the most common access, there is an elevator, but that being said, our condo is not the ideal set up for handicapped access.

The property has wonderful amenities including several outdoor pools, hot tubs, indoor pool, splash pad, water slide, fitness centers, pickleball courts, basketball courts, play grounds, and walking paths.

Our family enjoys this little get-away place and we are happy to share it with you, hoping that your family can enjoy this little piece of the red rock desert!
