Newer (2021) 5 bedroom dog friendly house (Sleeps 10) with many available activities in the Town of Rome. Thirty-two hundred square feet of comfort and amenities. Large open kitchen dining and living room space with a separate family room, both with large screen smart TVs. Extra large laundry room.
Lower level finished off with two extra bedrooms and a large full bathroom along with a comfortable TV area and ready to go poker room with table and Skee Ball machine.
Open front porch with double glider and an additional back cement patio with outdoor furniture in view of firepit in beautifully wooded yard.
Within a few miles of Sand Valley Golf Resort's courses as well as Lakes Castle Rock, Petenwell, Camelot, Sherwood, and Arrowhead with 2 more golf courses. Beaches, maintained biking, hiking, ATV and snowmobile trails are among the many area activities. Bring your toys!

The property was great. Very clean, everything that we needed, close to activities, and the property owner was very fast to answer questions and provide any help we needed. I would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed near Nekoosa in this fabulous home. It was perfect! So clean and accommodated our large family perfectly. Plenty to do in the area and made great memories at Arrowhead Lake!

Great vacation home for our large family with adult children. Great location and very clean! I don’t think the pictures online did the place justice. We would definitely book again!

Great Extended Family Getaway

We used this house for a short vacation with our extended family. Great stay! House is deceptively large, ample space to spread out for our group of 9. Really clean!! Great location near lakes and quiet setting for evenings around the firepit! Awesome time would stay again!

Very comfortable and located near Sand Valley golf courses. It's a little remote, but located in woodlands with lots of birds and deer. A good place to relax after a day on the links. The only downside was that we lost internet one evening, but it was fixed the next day. All in all, it met our expectations.

Family Gathering

We had 6 siblings with 4 spouses that stayed at this property. There was plenty of room to spread out but also come together for meals. We enjoyed the backyard patio and firepit. House was very clean and well kept. Definitely would recommend for families.

Ladies annual golf trip

7 women choose various places in Wisconsin for a 4-day golf trip. This year we had friends from Arizona, Texas, Indiana, Florida and Wisconsin. Perfect location for great golf options. The home couldn't have been better and communication with owner was outstanding. Found great restaurants. A WONDERFUL and MEMORABLE trip

Great offsite for Sand Valley

New homes were short distance to Sand Valley. One of three houses was still getting landscaping in but knew that ahead of time. Great time.

Golf Trip to Sand Valley

This was a perfect property for our golf trip to Sand Valley. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Great place to rest up between rounds and feel at home. The owners did a great job with every detail. Very convenient to Sand Valley!

My family has been coming to the Town of Rome for more than four decades.

First we just had a travel trailer on an empty lot. There were lots of campfires with Grandpa and Gram, Aunts and Uncles and cousins after a long day of planting trees or swimming at Lake Arrowhead. Years later we brought in a house at 671 Meadow Lane and we created even more memories.

Now my family is scattered, some in different states, and we've all gotten too busy with life.

So in 2021 I added three new houses on this same street and opened them all up for you to make memories too.

This house is set on a beautiful wooded 5 acre lot. Everthing is brand new in 2021 with new landscaping around the large front porch and back cement patio with outdoor furniture. Perfect for lounging around in a comfortable setting after a day filled with many area activities for all ages.
Another house we rent is a short 50' walking distance through the woods and would make a great location to rent both for your group of friends or family to enjoy together. Hang out together during the day and sleep in your own house at night.
