Hi Adolfo, Thank you for staying in my home. I'm sorry that you didn't love the neighborhood, River Oaks is truly a lovely residential neighborhood, situated amongst mature oak trees and and well known marina Lauderdale Marine Center you will find peacocks roaming the streets and It's a short drive to downtown and the beach. If you ever return to Fort Lauderdale please let me know I would love to personally give you a tour of the neighborhood to show you how beautiful it is. Avi Nahmias

Loved my stay

I had a wonderful stay at River Oaks! Easy check-in/check-out process. Host was responsive and gave us some awesome restaurant recommendations. He even had a wrapped up fresh fruit basket waiting for us when we arrived, this was a thoughtful touch. The space was very clean and spacious. Super comfortable bed as well, a great spot to come back to and rest our heads after a long day of exploring in the Florida sun. When we come back, we will be staying here!!

Absolutely Stunning!

I had to find accommodation last minute and Avi went the absolute extra mile to help me! Avi made sure I was checked in okay and was so incredibly easy to communicate with. Everything was in pristine condition and I really felt so at home. The beds were incredibly comfy and I had all the amenities that I needed. I definitely would not hesitate at the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you Avi!

Host was responsive, pictures were deceiving

The host responded quickly to questions/concerns. The floors were dirty, average housekeeping, pots/pans very old, beds were clean and comfortable. Have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the outside/backyard deck enclosure.

Dear Rob, I’m truly disheartened and in complete shock that you had such a bad experience. I checked in with you multiple times during your stay, anything you asked for I provided immediately and you did not mention a single issue to me in fact you had told me that you were enjoying your stay. Are you sure you are writing a review about the right home? I’ve been hosting guests in my home for over 2 years and I’ve been a SUPERHOST on Airbnb the entire time. Please feel free to reach out to me so we can find away to make things right as your reservation was over 4 months I wonder why you didn’t reach out sooner? My team and I work very hard so that guests can have a clean and comfortable home. Your experience does not sound like the experience I have offered to countless guests that have stayed at this home.

Great Place

Owner was very nice, place was nice and made sure we had all we needed. It must have been vacant for awhile had to do some cleaning but nothing crazy. Was very happy overall. Would stay here again.
