Inside, soaring ceilings and chic coastal décor set the tone for relaxation. The gourmet kitchen, decked out with high-end stainless-steel appliances, is ready for anything from pancake breakfasts to seafood delights. In the living room, a huge TV and direct pool access make it the ultimate hangout spot.

Down the hall, a primary suite, with king bed, dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub, isn’t far from two additional guest rooms, each with a king bed, private bath, and walk-in shower.

The first-floor primary suite is a dream, with a king bed, spa-like bathroom, and soaking tub. Two more guest suites, each with a king bed, private bath, and walk-in shower, are just down the hall. Upstairs, the bunk room is built for fun, featuring three full-over-full bunks, a private bath, and a spacious shower. But the real second-floor showstopper? The lounge, with tons of cozy seating and a massive smart TV.

Hop in the house elevator and ride up to the crown jewel, a fourth-floor observation deck with breathtaking Gulf views and sunsets worth toasting to. The sugar-white sand is just two blocks away, an easy walk or bike ride, and Seaside is a quick 10-minute stroll.

At Oversee 30A, we make vacationing easy, with clean, comfortable stays with a local team always nearby. Our office is just down the road, open seven days a week, with 24/7 support. Sea you soon!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home! The location is close to everything 
..easy beach access, close to dining, shopping, grocery store! We loved using the bikes to go to the Tennis and Pickleball courts. The kitchen and family room were spacious and we had fun cooking and playing games. The pool is perfect for a swim at anytime and we enjoyed the sound of its waterfall.We look forward to staying here again next year!

July 4th Beach Trip

We loved our stay at Long Time No Sea. This home is even better than the pictures! Lots of space for our group of 11, huge pantry, big closets, comfortable beds and nicely decorated. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Publix is right down the street. Great location! Can't wait to come back!

Our stay was memorable as always. The location to the beach and small shopping area is perfect. Not too much busyness during this time. Management company was very responsive whenever we needed to reach out. House offered many amenities and the automatic ice maker machine is always a plus!!!

Lovely house and perfect location

The house was more than we expected. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Easy walk to beach and quick bike ride to Seaside. We would definitely come back! The rental management company responded promptly and took care of a few minor repairs on the same day.

Excellent place to stay

We had three families in this beautiful home. There’s was more than enough room for everyone. The third floor was the most perfect teen hang out while the second floor housed the younger crew...adults were all on the first floor with each having bed and bathrooms. The place was spotless! Beds were comfy too. The washer and drying are XL size so large loads were washed and we all went home with clean clothes. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Beautiful Beach, Excellent Location & Gorgeous House!

We loved the beach! We saw a loggerhead turtle in the surf, only 7 feet from us- so awesome. There were a couple of stingrays and lots of darting fish. The kids enjoyed making sand castles. The pool was great and used daily. Mornings in the tower lookout for sunrise were serene. Plenty of space for everyone. It was great to walk over to Seaside for ice cream or a Crepe. We went to daily Mass at St Rita's. We rode bikes around Watercolor. Overall, an excellent stay! Highly recommended!

I great experience overall.

We were pleasantly surprised on how beautiful the property was. In our opinion, the pictures did not do it justice. We did experience a handful of unfortunate events while staying at the property but none of them were anyone’s fault. Just bad luck. The managing company did a great job of Making corrections and ensuring that we were satisfied. Will definitely try to stay at this home again and not with the same managing company and or location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th visit to the area and we loved this house. It is within walking distance to the beach but on a quiet street where coffee on the front porch was the best way to start our days before heading out back to the pool. The view of sunset over the gulf from the 4th floor balcony was beautiful. Our kids loved the TV lounge room on the second floor. I liked the separate ice maker that kept up with all of the pool drinks for the week :) My husband liked the Sonos speakers in most of the rooms as well as the patio. We had great music and theater tv going all week long when we weren't by to the pool or the beach. We had difficulty with the wifi on day one. But, the management company was attentive and worked hard to get the issue resolved. Between swimming, sitting around the fire pit at night, relaxing watching movies, drinking coffee on the porch and watching the sunsets, we didn't leave the house much. We rented a separate golf cart and won't do that again. We walked to the beach and the bikes with the house were perfect for getting around. We would definitely stay in this house again! Oh, and don't forget to bring your pool lounge raft... it was the best reading spot for the week!

Wonderful experience

Our family of 12 (6 children) stayed for a week in June 2022. Everything about the home was just as advertised and actually exceeded our expectations. The large bunk beds on floor two and three first floor bedrooms were perfect. One of the bedrooms is far larger than the other two but all three were large enough and suited our needs. In order to get all of our beach items to the beach we rented a 6 person golf cart. I recommend this since it also transported us to Seaside. The beach is not far but crossing hwy 395 to then cross 30A can be problematic with children/toys. The top floor vista is beautiful and serene. The living area is large, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our thanks to the owner for their attention to detail and cleanliness of the home. Overall we highly recommend this beautiful property.

The support staff were very pleasant and the property managers were friendly and helpful. This was unlike expereiences we have had with other property management companies. We look forward to renting from Oversee again. They have been the best by far to rent from on 30A.

It was exactly as portrayed in the photos- coastal decor and elegant. We were a short 5-7 minute walk from the beach. We were a party of 6, parents and their adult children and spouses. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, after beach time and the media room was enjoyed as well. The kitchen was well outfitted, even to a Nespresso machine! (A blender would be a nice addition.). We had sundowners most evenings at the 4th floor looking over the ocean (it was about 2/10 mile away, but we could easily see it). Several evenings we took an easy to walk to the restaurants and food trailers in Seaside. The bikes were a wonderful addition as well.Oversee Rentals was our contact for the property. They were so easy to work with. Communication from booking to check out was prompt and easy. I was always able to speak immediately to an agent there. We had 2 minor issues (no hairdryer and a pedal fell off a bike), within several hours they came by and fixed the issues. Very impressive!We would highly recommend this home!!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
