House has been fully renovated to offer luxurious, relaxed living with all the comforts of a fully furnished home. Formal dining room complete with mahogany dining room table, seating for 12 and full china cabinet. The large beautiful kitchen features top of the line appliances, a breakfast nook for informal meals, and an attached side porch to enjoy morning coffee. The first level includes a laundry room w/ washer & dryer and full bath. Comfortable living room includes three leather sofas, one of which is a queen size pull out sofa bed for those who prefer sleeping on the first floor. Living room is also equipped with FIOS high-speed internet, smart TV with cable and Netflix. The expansive wraparound porch is the ideal spot to enjoy the saltwater breezes and gas grill BBQ. Second floor includes 5 well-situated bedrooms and 3 full baths. Third floor features master bedroom with gorgeous full bath, with an additional bedroom with 3 twin beds. Hardwood floors throughout. Private, landscaped grounds on 3/4 acre lot, featuring cedar outdoor shower. Lots of room to stretch out on the porch and lawn, including Adirondack chairs, picnic table and patio table. Lovely stone garage packed with beach gears, with driveway parking for six cars. Central gas heating and, split cooling for all rooms.
Freshly laundered comforters/coverlets, linens, bath & beach towels and beach gears are provided.
Eight minute (0.5 mile, 2600 ft.) walk to Narragansett Town Beach entrance, four minute walk to famous Coast Guard Restaurant and around the corner from Pier restaurants and shops.
Enhanced Clean: We are committed to a rigorous cleaning protocol developed by leading health and hospitality experts.
During the summer we provide 5 transferable passes for the Narragansett town beach.

We hosted out of town guests and family for our son’s wedding weekend. House is very large and easily accommodated our family. It was very clean, well stocked and close to the beach. I would highly recommend for anyone with a large family(s) for a vacation or to host people as we did.

Great house for an end of the summer extended family gathering! Clean, and roomy and provided lots of beach gear and games. Loved the large covered porch and spent much time there. Stairs were a little narrow for elderly but managed.

Great property

Perfect house for 10. Communication clear and concise. Beach passes and carts were an added bonus. Plenty of linens, dishes and pans. Only tough part for us was that we had three women over 80 and the stairways were challenging for them.

Cousins Reunion

We can't say enough positive things about our stay at this property! We've all been raving ! I've rented a lot through the years, and this has to be on top of the list: From the amazing location ( blocks from the beach, restaurants ; the house itself - plenty of room for 12 adults with beds to spare - all the beds were comfortable - gorgeous grounds - well equipped home with quality stock - and the best property manager/owner to communicate with, very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Great location!

Really enjoyed the home and space to accommodate multiple adults. Enough room for smaller groups of folks to spend time together, larger groups and plenty of space to find quiet time. Great location close to restaurants and you can walk to the ocean!

Perfect spot for family visit

Nine family members aged 29 to 87 stayed in this delightful home for 5 days and we hated to leave. The house and property had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We could walk to the beach or to restaurants. Plenty of towels, games, Adirondack chairs, etc..

Blew us away!

This place as perfect for a group of friends to stay while we were in town for a wedding. Check in was easy and the manager was communicative and flexible - they were able to grant us early check in and late check out. The beds were comfy, the dining room is beautiful with space for all of us, and we loved sitting outside in the porch. It’s close to cafes and the beach, and had ample parking. Would absolutely recommend for a bigger group and hope to come back in the future!

Great house - Wonderful location

Excellent spacious home with all the amenities! Arman was great to deal with and very responsive. His house has everything you need for a great family vacation at the beach - Great location, Narragansett Town Beach passes, beach chairs, and umbrellas included. Super convenient! Girls trip!

This house was perfect and it had everything! Walking to the beach was made easy with carts available in the garage. Easy check in and check out. Arman was so incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely book again for another getaway. Thank you, Arman!

Perfect in all respects

Susana and Arman were very gracious hosts. This home is immaculate, beautifully renovated and spacious. A peaceful, private backyard completes the scene. Add the easy walking access to Narragansett pier and seaside restaurants and shops and you cannot ask for more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful for a Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this listing with family for a wedding happening locally. The house was perfect for our large group with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen, living room, and wraparound porch were great areas to convene. We loved the convenient location close to the beach and shopping. The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful with questions while staying at the property. We would highly recommend for a group staying in Narragansett!

Narragansett Reunion

This is our second year to stay at this property and it was fabulous both times. Our extended family ranges in age from 12-80 and both the house and location were great for all. The location of the house is easy walking access to all that Narraganset has to offer including beach, restaurants and shopping. It is also perfectly situated as a base for daily excursions to the surrounding areas. The house is very well kept and the kitchen is well equipped to make meals at home. The host was attentive to any questions throughout our stay.

Narragansett Wedding

What a great house and location for us to gather for our daughters wedding. Plenty of space and room for all of us to get ready along with areas to socialize. Arman was excellent to work with and offered great insight on what was in the area. Highly recommend the house.

Rent bikes at NBX bike shop; kayaks at Narrow River Kayaks; rent surfboards or pick up gear at Narragansett Surf & Skate Shop or Warm Winds; charter a fishing boat (choose among 39 charters!) via fishing booker.com or just head to Narragansett Beach with beach towels and chairs in our rugged beach cart, all provided for you. Coast Guard House and Trio restaurants are within walking distance, as are Crazy Burger Cafe & Juice Bar and The Bike Stop Cafe. Pick up great coffee and pastries at Cool Beans Cafe or gourmet sandwiches at The Picnic Basket, and spend the day at the beach. Roch's Market delivers quality groceries and Pier Liquors, although within walking distance, also offers delivery. For seafood lovers, Champlin's Seafood Restaurant is a short drive or you might opt to prepare your own fare after a stop at Ferry Wharf Fish Market.

However, for daytrippers, Newport is less than a half hour away with its famed Cliff Walk, mansions, Irish pubs and seafood restaurants. Travel 24 minutes to Jamestown to hike the seaside cliffs at Fort Wetherill, or bring a lawn chair and a book to the Lighthouse at Beavertail State Park. Take a 15 minute drive to Charlestown, to visit The Fantastic Umbrella Factory, with its eclectic array of shops; stroll through Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge; or beachcomb at Blue Shutters Beach, with view of Block Island.
