Beautifully updated luxury home to spend your down time with friends and family! The home features two master bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs each with 75" tvs and king size beds! Two additional bedrooms with queen beds and 55" tvs. This home features a large backyard with a private pool and spa. The chefs kitchen is fully equipped with built in 48 inch stove , and 42 inch fridge everything needed to whip up a quick meal or you are minutes away for many local restaurants! This will be your home away from home! License STR20-00104

We LOVED this house! We had 3 people staying there and there was more than enough room.Mr. Ari answered all of our questions quickly. It was so convenient having the kitchen and laundry room. We used both every day.There were plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen and cooking utensils, and everything else you might need.Our favorite part was the hot tub. We used it every single day. The pool was a little cool in March (even with the heater), but that could possibly be because Vegas was having a heat wave, so the hot weather may have made it seem cooler than it actually was.We also really enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this property. I will almost certainly stay here again the next time I come to Vegas. Thank you Mr. Ari!!

Good location for a group, loved the pool and hot tub, the kitchen was excellent for making dinner with the group. A nice getaway when visiting Vegas!

Thank you for wonderful stay! Your home is beautiful, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. Your home had absolutely everything I needed to make my family a full breakfast the first morning. Very responsive host - we requested additional pillows (there were only decorative pillows on one bed, and no pillows in the closet for the air mattress), lamps (only one lamp in all of the 4 bedrooms, and quite a few kitchen tools (whisk, 1 cup, 1 tsp, food storage containers). Items arrived on the porch. We recommend that the owner get some rugs as the tile isn’t very hospitable. I wonder if the owner has ever stayed the night in their own rental? They might find it nice to have lamps/alarm clocks/darker window coverings in the bedrooms. We put foil on the windows in the upstairs primary bedroom to block the light.

Thank you so much for the feedback. All we can do take your suggestions to improve. I have stayed in the property and love it. Some of the items you stated were missing, I was able to find in the house. I have not had one comment on the window coverings. I am not sure who uses an alarm clock anymore, most guests have phones. I am not sure if you're complaining that I purchased everything you requested or if you meant to say thank you !

This is a good property for a group of young people to use for a fun weekend and for the price, it met our needs. But we were a group of couples and the house lacks comforts and touches that make it look finished and welcoming. The pool was filled with leaves, there are no bar stools at the kitchen island and not a single lamp in the house but just very bright overhead recessed lighting with no dimmers. The kitchen is really nice but beds and furniture, inside and out look pretty worn. The owner was very responsive so when we got there and the hot tub was cold, he was able to get it quickly heated for us. So,For the price, it isn’t a bad place to stay but our group would not stay there again.

I am glad to hear that you do not plan to stay again. There are some people that will always look at the cup half empty. Of course, there were leaves in the pool as you arrived during a rainstorm, that lasted a few days! Regardless, I did personally clean the pool at 3pm the day of your arrival. I had no idea of your arrival time as you did not respond to my calls or text. Had you done so I would have let you know where to find some reading lamps in the hall closet. You gave me a terrible review because there were no lamps but too much light? Lastly the hot tub is not made to stay hot all day, again had you responded to me I would have known the time of your arrival I would have had it set for you. At the end of the day there were 8 people and you a few hundred dollars for your stay and enjoyed a private spa in beautiful home with, in your words too much light, but not enough lights.

4 Bedroom Perfect for the whole Family

This home was perfect for our 8 adults and one infant family vacation! Love having the master suite on the main floor and the kitchen is fabulous. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Would be happy to go back next year.
