Beautifully updated luxury home to spend your down time with friends and family! The home features two master bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs each with 75" tvs and king size beds! Two additional bedrooms with queen beds and 55" tvs. This home features a large backyard with a private pool and spa. The chefs kitchen is fully equipped with built in 48 inch stove , and 42 inch fridge everything needed to whip up a quick meal or you are minutes away for many local restaurants! This will be your home away from home! License STR20-00104

Great house with plenty of room, the upstairs master bed leaves a lot to be desired and should be upgraded, the lower level master bed was great. Very nice kitchen, and the AC works great! The only gripe is the backyard needs to be cleaned badly. There are so many leaves that were never picked up that they blow into the pool constantly. We used the grill and it worked great and was clean. Access to the lower master from the pool was great. We would definitely stay again. It is far from the strip which was a bummer but it’s not miles just traffic.

Hello David, We have a landscaper that comes to the property weekly. Unfortunately, we cannot control the wind. Not only the landscaper but a pool vendor. There is also a net at the property to sweep up leaves if needed or you could have said something and I would have personally stopped by. I Appreciate you mentioning that I gave you early and late check out at no cost in your review.

We LOVED this house! We had 3 people staying there and there was more than enough room.Mr. Ari answered all of our questions quickly. It was so convenient having the kitchen and laundry room. We used both every day.There were plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen and cooking utensils, and everything else you might need.Our favorite part was the hot tub. We used it every single day. The pool was a little cool in March (even with the heater), but that could possibly be because Vegas was having a heat wave, so the hot weather may have made it seem cooler than it actually was.We also really enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this property. I will almost certainly stay here again the next time I come to Vegas. Thank you Mr. Ari!!
