3 Bedroom 2 Bath on Golf Course

We purchased this house in 2009 and have been upgrading ever since. I just re-listed this on VRBO as we had the same couple renting for the last several years. It's a beautiful well appointed home with access to 8 Sun City Recreation Centers, the house sits on a quiet street and has been updated with new appliances, stucco, HVAC, washer and dryer. There is a large sectional couch and a covered porch with lawn chairs and table overlooking a Par 3 golf green.

Amazing rental and location

We absolutely loved the home and location. The house is beautifully remodeled. Very comfortable. We loved the location and the golf course view. Matt was very responsive during the entire process.

Very nice updated property

We enjoyed our stay in this home! Plenty of updates have been done to the property, it was clean and well equipped. Some family were able to join us and we enjoyed our time outside watching the golfers. Neighborhood is quiet but still close to everything like grocery stores and the highway. Highly recommend!

The home has been newly remodeled. The beds in all 3 bedrooms had very comfortable supportive mattresses. . We cooked most of our meals so having a well equipped kitchen was great.The host was very good and responsive to work with.

Great hosts!

The house in Sun City was great. Very close to gyms, grocery store, and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked with a good variety of pans and utensils that were in good condition. The hosts were very quick to answer questions, and help us with an urgent situation that came up in our family. We'll definitely consider coming back to this house!

This is a great home and the owners have thought of everything. Very clean and comfortable beds. Check in and out was easy and owner is very responsive. Very conveniently located. We will stay here again.

Not "handicapped accessible"

The 4-5" drop or step from the main living area to the garage access and the patio, as well as the eating area, did not accommodate our son's mobile wheelchair. Although we brought short ramps, it was almost too steep to allow him to safely go up and down over that steep step. There was a large bump up (2") into the front door also. Most concerning, there are no ADA bars in the bathrooms by the toilet. The home was fairly clean, except for old coffee grounds in the coffee pot, packed in lint in the dryer and filthy furnace vents. The carpet was also dirty. Suggestions: Have a rack for hanging clothes in the laundry. Make a list and map for nearest grocery and gas station.

Sun City Fun

Good location. Easy access to many venues and attractions; easy to find your way. It was fun to watch the golfers on hole17. Great area for quiet walks, bike rides, and golfing. The neighbors were very friendly & accommodating. Owner was fast to answer our questions.

Feels like home!

If you are looking for a nice, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable place to stay in/around Sun City, this house is perfect. It has everything you need to feel like it's your home away from home. Comfy beds, kitchen equipped for those that like to cook, bikes in the garage if you'd like to visit neighbors or go to the store, and a grill on a beautiful patio right on the golf course. This house exceeded our expectations.
