You'll be within a mile or two of several excellent golf courses, and an easy five-mile drive from Mariners and Padres Spring Training games at Peoria Sports Complex.

One of the special features of this home is its fitness setup. Not only is there a yoga studio overlooking the backyard, but the adjacent screened porch offers weights for your morning workouts.

Take daily dips in the pool, and sit down with a good book or a great meal in cushioned backyard seating in both sun and shade.
