4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Sleeps 8-12

This is a large 4-bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms ready for your use. It is conveniently located with a large driveway that parks 4 cars. The backyard has multiple areas for entertaining, a groomed BOCCE court, corn hole, a propane BBQ grill, jacuzzi tub, and tranquil fountain which can easily entertain up to 40 people. It's a short drive to Cal Poly and downtown San Luis Obispo. Public transportation and ample shopping is available close by.

The interior features a separate dining room, and living room with a CASINO gaming table and a cozy fire place. Cook in a generous kitchen with island seating and professional grade appliances.

There is high speed wi-fi available. All bedrooms have usb chargers. There are two large smart TV’s with AppleTV+, Prime, Netflix, CBS All Access, and Local HD channels. Auxiliary power and HDMI hookups available for your game console.

Wonderful place to stay for the whole family!

We loved this home so much! It had plenty of things to do for all ages. The kitchen was well stocked, the backyard was incredible and the home was clean and well cared for. We had a little hiccup with the code when we arrived and had a little trouble connecting with the owner to get it fixed- but that didn’t interfere with our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great house in a convenient location

We had a great stay at this spacious and well-stocked home! The beds were super comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. One of the highlights was the bocce ball court—it was such a fun bonus for our group! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location is also really convenient—just a short drive to lots of family-friendly activities and restaurants, and right next to several shopping centers for anything we needed on the fly. Would definitely recommend for a fun and easy getaway!

SLO Week

Needed a spot close to Madonna Inn for son’s wedding. Family group of 6 adults were easily accommodated in the home and an intimate dinner for 13 worked out perfectly. Home is a little close to a sometimes busy street, but we could not hear any traffic noise. Close to shopping in the event anyone needed anything. Thanks Michael
