Located just minutes from downtown San Luis Obispo and at the gateway to Edna Valley, you have arrived at a truly unique home that is perfect for entertaining your family and friends. This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home stands out with amenities that include a pool with waterfall/ waterslide feature, hot tub, fire pit, oak pit BBQ, outdoor patio seating, indoor formal dining room with seating for 10, and much more. Wine tasting, shopping districts, and local beach areas are all just minutes away.

This is a three bedroom/ 2 bath home that sleeps up to 10 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds sharing a full bathroom in the hall. The three bedrooms sleep 8 guests comfortably and there are two twin rollaway beds to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with a small breakfast nook and bar seating. The formal dining room has enough room for everyone in your group seating 10. San Luis Obispo is all about the outdoor spaces and so is this home. The property is fully fenced giving kids a large grassy area in the front to play. The backyard is separately fenced as well offering privacy and pool safety. The pool has a truly unique waterfall and waterslide feature that the kids will enjoy as well as the adults. Enjoy the SLO life with a soak in the in-ground hot tub or relax around the built-in gas fire pit.

The home is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown SLO and the 101 freeway. We are just a few minutes from all the Edna Valley wineries including Tolosa, Baileyana, Biddle Ranch, Chamisal, Claiborne & Churchill, Sextant, Wolf, as well as all the Edna Valley wedding venues.

Hacienda Vacation Rentals is available 24/7 for any emergencies or needs that may arise during your stay.

Hot tub heating is included with your stay. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please inquire for pricing.
No party stays or events. Maximum occupancy of 10 guests is firm. There is no gate around pool but backyard is securely fenced. Children must be supervised around the pool area at all times.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is spacious and very thoughtfully organized and equipped. The highlights were the kitchen and the backyard. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to prepare great meals. The backyard provided a lot of fun for our kids with the pool and the hot tub. The location is also excellent and very convenient for getting around the area. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring we had all the necessary information before we arrived. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic family vacation!

This house was awesome! We had a great stay - 4 families with kids. Great pool, well-appointed, and close to everything. Seemless transacion. Very easy to deal with the entire process! We’d stay at this house again with no hesitation!!

Great Town, Great House

This was a great place to stay. Nice pool, nice hot tub, nice overall space. Beautiful location.The property manager was excellent. She was proactive in her communication and told me everything I needed to know ahead of time.Perfect house for a family. Loved SLO. Wish we had more time.

Beautiful property and spacious home

We had a group of coworkers spend the weekend for the wedding and everyone could not stop raving about how wonderful the house was. We agreed the pictures do not do the home justice and it’s much larger in person. We wish we would have booked an extra day to enjoy the backyard more. Hot tub was great, slide was fun, house had all the necessary amenities, beds were pretty comfy, and the property manager was very communicative and gave detailed instructions so we didn’t have any issues or confusion. Hope we get to come again. Thanks for having us!

Your own private resort!

This is an amazing house. It was big and spacious enough to house 3 families with kids. The beds are SO comfortable with hotel like bedding. Even the roll away (twin beds) were comfortable with nice bedding. The house was very clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms had everything from soft towels to lotion and shower supplies. We made use of both the front and back yards. The views from both are beautiful. The front yard was HUGE and fun to run around on (we had an Easter egg hunt, and did stomp rockets). The back yard makes you feel like you are in an oasis; between the fire-pit, spa (which heats up quick, and the pool (we asked to be heated, it was a perfect 85 degrees) with its slide, the “beach” area, and nice deep end - there was a part of the back yard for everyone to enjoy. We BBQ’ed one night and ordered out the next. You can’t beat the location; you are right around the corner from great pizza and grocery stores. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for the comforts of home, with privacy, and beauty. Came home rested and relaxed!
