Utilisation exclusive par les clients de la grande piscine chauffée (chauffée en saison de mai à septembre) et du bain à remous (chauffé toute l'année). Grande cour et jardin. La cuisine est soigneusement approvisionnée et équipée. 3 chambres spacieuses et joliment décorées et un futon dans l'espace commun peuvent accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Tous les draps et serviettes (bain et piscine) fournis. Entrée de véhicule privée avec grand parking privé. Beaucoup d'espace pour les remorques récréatives. Près des plages, du golf, de la dégustation de vin, de la randonnée, du vélo et du surf. Pismo Beach à seulement 3 miles au nord. San Luis Obispo à seulement 12 miles au nord. Excellentes caves à quelques minutes dans la vallée d'Edna. Le temps méditerranéen dans notre région est presque toujours merveilleux. Détendez-vous et détendez-vous.

***This is a guest house*** It wasn't until I went deep into the reviews (post reservation) that I realized this is a guest house. I believe this is inaccurately listed and it should be stated immediately that this is a guest house and you are on shared property. The pool/hot tub is in between the guest house and the main house. The guest house faces the main house. The house is clean. The communication is great. The pool is wonderful. However, I would NOT have rented this property had I known ahead of time that it is a guest house on shared property with tenants in the main house.

There are no shared spaces, and guests have exclusive use of the pool, hot tub, yard, laundry, and driveway. The home offers more privacy than a typical neighboring-home setting. Excellent central coast stay.

Gathering to bring 4 generations together in near by Santa Maria. Property is well appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a special added bonus. Great location.

This place was amazing and we didn't want to leave!! The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. I would love to stay here again. The beach was close by and lots of good places to eat. Even though it's a shared property, with the pool between the main house and guest house we felt very comfortable and didn't even know if anyone else was around. Check in and check out instructions provided my Whitney were clear and easy. Thank you for everything!

Amazing Place!

I have stayed here a few times and it’s always so great. The set-up of the house is so nice and the property is beautiful. It’s in a really nice neighborhood and not too far from down town arroyo grande.

We enjoyed this Central Coast home even more than we'd originally imagined! The backyard and pool area is truly a retreat; the pool was perfectly warm, the jacuzzi heats up very fast, and the outdoor dining table was a treat on a lovely fall evening. Our favorite part of the home was the cozy common space with comfortable couches, a gorgeous view, and an open kitchen so the cook (aka ME) doesn't feel left out. Walls are a little thin, so bring headphones or ear plugs if you're a light sleeper or plan to work remotely. Location was perfect, just up the hill from the James Way Trail. Thank you so much for a lovely and comfortable stay!

We enjoyed this property for a weekend. The guest house is modern with nice furnishings offering indoor/outdoor living. The yard is spacious with beautiful landscaping, and the pool is wonderful. We loved our visit and will be back again!

This Place is Fantastic!!!

This is the second time I have stayed there and was just as amazing as I remembered it. It is a beautiful place to stay in a great city. Plus the pool and hot tub are so great. The privacy at the rental is really nice and you are really close to the downtown of Arroyo Grande. Overall, I really love staying here and plan to again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Great time in the sun!

We had an amazing trip, great location close to pismo and restaurants but up out of the beach fog and wind. Pool was great as well. Only issue was I thought there was an oven in the kitchen but there was an awesome bbq so we just pivoted. Would definitely come back again!
