Spectacular oceanfront condo at beautiful Hutchinson Island!
-Just completed a full refresh of the unit, including new floors, granite, bathroom fixtures, walls refinished and painted, balcony slider windows slide with 1 finger

-Marriott Ocean Club Silver Membership - our condo is located in the Indian River Plantation, home to Marriott’s Hutchinson Island resort. And, as our guest you get to use all the amenities such as golf, tennis, marine sports, boat rental, 4 pools, 3 restaurants including a poolside tiki bar just 100 feet up the beach. $300 resort fee.

-Brand new King Sized bed including reclining frame

-Tastefully decorated in 2020, not 1970. You’ll enjoy the furnishings.

-Fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances. Enough supplies to bake a cake.

-Dedicated parking spot under the first floor. Covered and guaranteed. No searching for a parking spot. Just pull right in and use a cart to bring everything up one level.

-Beautiful ocean/beach front. Spectacular ocean views from every room.

-Relaxed “beachy” atmosphere. You’ll feel like you went on vacation.

-We supply coffee supplies for the entire stay, including Starbucks K-cups for Keurig

-Susan and Tom are here to make sure your stay is spectacular. We live just 15 minutes from this beach condo.

Nice Getaway

This condo was such a nice place to stay. Steps from the beach and convenient to all areas with a quick trip over 2 bridges. I would definitely stay here again. Owners were easy to contact, but we had all we needed during our stay, so just needed to contact them to say Thank you!!

Comfortable one bedroom condo with a great view

We enjoyed 2 weeks on Hutchinson Island. The condo was very clean and has a nice beach decor. We enjoyed the outdoor porch with amazing sunrise views. Great restaurants close by. We hope to return again next year.

Perfect in every way

Location, location, location! The condo was nicely furnished with more than expected in a nicely stocked kitchen and other items! I would highly recommend staying here, although I would like to keep it a secret!

Fantastic Place that is 5 Star

This condo is the best by far that I ever have experienced. The condo is very tastefully furnished, is very user friendly, is 5 minutes from a gorgeous private beach and is located conveniently to dozens of great restaurants. The owners could not be friendlier and made the experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation in a classy setting.

Perfect On The Beach

This Hutchinson Island location was beyond expectations. Beautiful decorated with lots of nice touches like a very comfy adjustable king bed & Honeywell air/white noise machine in bedroom. There were lots of premium coffee pods (including Starbucks), and very well stocked kitchen. There were electrical outlets and USB connectors everywhere and a speedy wi-fi (always over 700gbs when I checked it). Had a couple minor issues & questions and Susan was very quick to respond and follow up. I hope to be back again.

Beachfront Condo

My husband and I wanted a couple of days to relax at the beach. This beach condo went above and beyond our expectations! Susan and Tom were very easy to communicate with! Check in was simple-Susan texted me our personal code to enter the condo. What a cute place! Everything was extremely clean and updated with a fun beach vibe! The condo is open and light! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning watching the sunrise and I spent my afternoons on the balcony-reading and listening to the sound of the waves! The beach has 2 entrances from the condo-there were 4 beach chairs and an umbrella to use. We did that one day and the 2nd day we used the Marriott Beach set up which is a few steps down the beach from the 2nd beach entrance. We paid the resort fee upon arrival to access all the Marriott amenities which are included in this condo. There were plenty of towels, the bedroom had a king size bed which was comfortable and there were nice little touches-there was a welcome package upon arrival with sunscreen, hand sanitizer, shower body wash, Kleenex etc.. We will definitely be back to this condo on the beach!

Lovely condo - beautiful ocean view

This condo is a lovely place to stay - clean, updated and cozy. It has a lovely view of the ocean and is only steps away from the beach. The owners are very nice and made the booking and check in process very easy. I would recommend to any one looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights after a family vacation in the keys which was very busy. So to come up here and be steps from the beach was just what we needed. It was so relaxing and the apartment had every amenity you could hope for plus more! We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella especially! Communication with Susan was so wonderful and she responds very quickly to any question. Would definitely stay here again!

Susan's Place is Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's place, Marriott Hutchinson Island. As soon as you cross the causeway, you can feel the relaxation set in! Then when you open the door to the room, you are greeted by a perfect view of the ocean. We woke up to watch the morning sunrise every day, with a cup of coffee! From there, let the day unfold. Steps to the pool and beach, just chill and kick back. Short beach walk to Stuart beach and awesome Seaside tiki for breakfast or lunch. Short drive to Jensen Beach for shopping and eating. Try Conchy Joe's for freshest seafood, Jan's for breakfast, or 11 Maple for chef's wonders. Great walking all around Marriott resort! Had to say goodbye but we'll be back for more sun and fun.

Excellent Condo!!

We had an amazing experience in this immaculate condo! Everything is updated, clean, and with a beautiful ocean view. Plenty of space for family of 4. The pool and beach location could not be better. Thank you for a memorable vacation. We will definitely be renting from you again!

Beauty and the Beach.

Just as advertised. A very nice, clean condo located overlooking the beach (close as one can get in this area) with a short boardwalk to the sand with a nice heated pool along the way. So nice to hear the surf crashing on the shore! Not a big place but all you need and a great location with very responsive hosts. We will be back! Thanks so much for a very nice stay.

My husband Tom and I moved to beautiful Stuart on the treasure coast from Palm Beach County in May of 2020-yes during the pandemic! We love to travel and always talked about owning a beach front condo to use as a Short Term rental! Our dream came true as we were fortunate enough to purchase this condo! We saw the potential and renovated it-it was so much fun picking out the flooring, furnishings, window treatments etc. We started renting October 2020 and have not looked back! We again were fortunate enough to purchase a 2 bed, 2 bath in the building next door that has no min nightly stay and allows pets (we are dog lovers!)
We love hosting and giving guests a wonderful beach vacation or even staycation! Tom owns a software company and insisted on stellar internet! I (Susan) am a semi retired musician-I ran my own music business "Kindermusik with Miss Susan" for over 27 years-I taught mommy and me type music classes and saw thousands of families introduce their babies to music! A lot of these families went on to take private guitar, piano and ukulele lessons- I semi retired from group classes but still teach some private students through the magic of Zoom!
We love to travel the US and try to stay at Short Term Rentals to see how other hosts manage their properties!
