Enjoy spectacular views across the rippling waters from this lakefront dream home located less than two miles from historic, downtown Penn Yan! Whether you're visiting to play on the water or check out the local wineries, this three-story, four-bedroom getaway is a terrific option for creating everlasting family memories. Step through the front door and make your way to the rear of the home where you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a serene living area that looks out over Keuka Lake.



The Space:

Downstairs, enjoy the amazing, open family room/game room complete with a kitchenette, comfortable seating area, foosball table, stand-up arcade game, gas fireplace, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels.



Outside, grill up a few family favorites on the furnished deck or walk down to the water where you can set off in one of the provided kayaks, cast a line from the dock, or meet up around the firepit as the stars come out. There's something for everyone at this family-friendly escape!

Beautiful home on the lake. Perfect for a family vacation with younger children. Not pictured is a hill down to the lake/it is not flat.

The house was perfectly situated on the lake, with lots of space for fun, but also isolated a little bit so you felt some privacy. I wish the second bathroom was also on the main floor, but I knew it going in, so it was just a preference thing. This is great for families, all adults, or whatever you want.

Great place! We loved the dock and waterfront. We also loved the property, sitting on the deck and enjoying the water. Very convenient location to town.

The house was lovely and provided a good amount of space. The beds were comfortable, there was additional bedding and linens available for a large group, and the bathrooms were equipped with soap and washes. A few minor problems came up and were handled promptly and easily. The lake was beautiful (especially at sunset) and the walk-in to the water was nice access.

I’d give this 10 stars if I could! We came in with 3 families, 4 kids of different ages, 3-11. There was so much room to really spread out. The house is very well kept, super clean. Well stocked with towels for the lake and shower. Close to lots of wineries. If you have kids Le Seurre winery has a tasting for kids with juice and cheese, salami and chocolate. They loved it, it was well done and made them feel special. The lake was crystal clear, the kids made use of the floating raft and all of the water toys. The kayaks were put to good use. The fire pit was in the perfect spot. The arcade room was a nice add on as was the hot tub. Already looking at gates for next year!

Great rental right on Keuka Lake

This home was exceptional. Extremely clean, well stocked for cooking and the beds were comfortable. We used the fire pit one night and there was even plenty of wood stacked nearby to make the fire. The grill propane tanks were empty when we arrived and I texted the property manager and they were refilled immediately. It is a very well managed property!! We highly recommend!

Overall this is a great place to stay. The host responds quickly, but does not have knowledge about the property. I booked this rental almost a year in advance and contacted the host multiple times throughout the months leading to the stay about ability to bring a boat. Specifically I wanted to know if there were cleats on the dock to keep a boat. The host told me that they had to get someone in the area to check. Every time I asked, I was told that same thing and that someone would get back to me. The week of the stay, I finally asked for the third time and got the same response. The day before I was finally told there WAS cleats. When we arrived by water WITH OUR BOAT there were in fact NO CLEATS on the dock to attach to. We were very disappointed by that because we were told there was. The other thing we noted during our stay was the security. The sliding back door did not have a lock. It was secured by a piece of wood on the track. The bedrooms also did not have locks. Other than that the place was clean, well stocked and at a great location.

Great place for families

The amount of rooms was perfect for our group of adults and kids. The basement play area was a hit, and so was the access tot he lake. House was very clean, and had lots of parking as well as rooms for everyone.

We loved our stay! We especially loved the big window lake views from the living room. The downstairs game/lounge area was great for hanging out.

Spring in Keuka

Our family loved staying at this property. The views were gorgeous. Lots of things to do close by to keep everyone happy. House was just as pictured, but better in person. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

a beautiful, spacious lake stay

This house was very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings were stylish and comfy, beautiful view of the lake and landscaped property, very close to Penn Yan for shopping, plenty of parking, great swimming in the lake, eating on the deck and toasting marshmallows by the firepit. Highly recommend!
