This townhouse-style unit has two decks overlooking the beach - one from the living room and one from the master bedroom. Wi-Fi included. Laundry facilities available in coin-operated laundry room on-site. Parking for one vehicle only onsite; additional vehicles must park on the street. In addition to the King sized bed and queen sized bed, there is also a pull out sofa sleeper that sleeps 2 guests. This is a professionally managed vacation rental that is licensed with the county of San Luis Obispo.

This is a nice condo. A little outdated, but pretty comfortable. We loved that there were balconies off both bedrooms. However, the furniture is tiny. My husband, 6'4" could not be comfortable sitting just about anywhere. However the beds were some of the most comfortable ever! Also, the 5 days we were there it was in the 90's and it would have been nice to have ceiling fans. Each room had a fan in the closet, but that's not as efficient as a ceiling fan. Neither of the bedrooms had a TV. I'm a lousy sleeper so a TV is appreciated.

Family vacation

My mom and I have stayed here the last 3 years. We love this location and VRBO. It’s a little out dated but see that every year we come there are improvements. The location couldn’t be better it’s close to the beach and shopping and perfect for two to four people.

My family and I have been staying at these condos for decades. This location is absolutely perfect and managing reservations from SeaLyon is amazing as they are very responsive and easy to work with!

Full Moon was amazing from the patio

The location of this property is the best. Great sunset and sunrise both days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and make coffee. It was also the cleanest part of the apartment. Unfortunately the floors were sandy throughout, but we found the broom closet and cleaned it up. The upstairs bathroom is in need of some deep cleaning. The shower door chalking and tub mat were moldy and disgusting. The downstairs bathroom shower and toilet were much better. We also found broken glass on the main patio. The beautiful view and weather made this weekend amazing, but the little details of a clean unit took away from the overall experience being a higher score.

Great View to the Beach and Waves, however...

This property was quite dated. The fan in bathroom was extremely noise as was the refrigerator. The kitchen counters need to be replaced as the laminate was detaching. Only one lamp in front bedroom. Also this bedroom had too much furniture such as the lounge chair. The fire extinguisher on deck was rusted and most likely inoperable. Windows were extremely dirty. The location and view were wonderful.

Modest property in an excellent location

First of all, the location of this property is extraordinary - just a few steps down from the parking & you're on the beach. The views from each of the balconies were incredible, and we could easily hear the waves crashing from our bedroom. That said, the inside of the property is a little dated, as accurately represented by the listing. The living room is pretty cramped with dated furniture and the bathrooms and kitchens don't seem to have been recently updated. One piece of that is that there is *no A/C in the property*. I think 90% of the year that's totally acceptable, but we were unlucky enough to have a weekend where it was 90 degrees in October. Again, the listing is accurate about this, but I never dreamed it would be this hot! So just make sure you're ready for that. There was only one fan, but when I reached out to the property managers, they had another fan sent over. That was a huge help & we really appreciated it! We had a great stay, as again, the location was incredible - 5 min walk to downtown Cayucous and even less to the beach. For a short stay, this place is great. Thanks for having us!

If you want a million dollar view, this is the booking for you. I brought my family here for a weekend get away and it was spectacular. It has private and easy access to the beach. It is a short walk to some fun tide pools, but make sure to look at the tide chart before you head down!!! It is walking distance to everything in Cayucos (coffee and food), minus a few restaurants that were farther south. The sound of the beach from the master bedroom or lower patio was amazing. There are two beds that were very comfortable, one is each room. The upper room has a full size futon, that could sleep 2 extra kids easily. The pull out couch in the living room is fine for 2 small children, but that is it.If you are looking for upgraded accommodations, this isn't that. It is a beach house that has what you need to enjoy your stay. Because of that, it was easy to clean before departure. There is no body wash/shampoo/conditioner, I would suggest to bring extra pillows for the futon or pullout couch and probably extra beach towels. There are a few beach toys, no boogie boards or solid beach chairs, so bring yours. The two recliner amazon chairs and pull out couch are kind of cheap, but its whatever, when you have that view. My other suggestion was a pub style patio table and chairs for the lower patio, as it would make the viewing of the beach more enjoyable. Other than that, bring some firewood, so you can have a fire on the beach!!!! Enjoy!

The location was perfect, the chicken process very easy. The unit was a bit dated, we were aware of that prior to booking the property and it caused no problems. Would stay here again.

Outdated rugs and furniture. There was split linoleum. Damaged. Shower top floor was horrible. Water head just dripped so hard to wash up. Outside payio loer level stunk snd plastic on the sides. Other places we stayed had little welcome baskets with bath bombs etc. sorry, just not satisfied.

We enjoyed the location, close to the beach, ability to see waves and pier and listen to waves while sitting in living room or master bedroom or on decks. It was essentially quite clean. Some dishes were not cleaned properly, but that is guests job, though it seems like cleaning staff ought to check that out. Its style is dated, but there were plenty of blankets and throws and lots of dishes to cook with. We enjoyed our stay here. It's very quiet! Except for waves if you leave doors open. Just like we like it :-)

Please clean me!!!!

The condos location is absolutely the best. Sad to say the condo needed help. The unit needs to be deep cleaned (top to bottom). We were extremely disappointed and felt that the condo was not looked at prior to our arrival. The floors were sticky, there was food/grease on appliances, counters and table. We needed to wash the glassware and dishes before use. A very dirty sponge was left to use. Yuck! Downstairs bathroom toilet paper holder was off the wall, bedroom downstairs pillow shams were shredded, upstairs bathroom vent clogged with dirt. Talked to the people next door and they said they had stayed in this unit before and it sounded the same. Not clean. Owners need to do some TLC. I have stayed in VRBO rentals before and have had great experiences. In fact, I have one reserved in a couple of weeks in Livermore CA and a house the end of June in Cayucos. We did have a great time catching up with each other, but we will not be staying here again.

Room with a view

A perfect weekend getaway for our multigenerational group. The easy beach access was the best part! The accommodations were comfortable and the condo included everything we needed — from firewood to DVDs to beach chairs— to make our two-night stay a success!
