Great view from patio. Excellent bed. We enjoyed our time there. Stairs were a little steep for 90 year olds.

Great location and ocean view access and view! Accommodations were great, but lacked cleaning equipment (ie mop, scouring detergent, etc). I’m pretty sure the tile floor hadn’t been scrubbed for a while. I’m not particularly excited about the electric grill! Otherwise it was a great stay. Cayucos is a very welcoming community.

Had a great time, absolutely beautiful. A very comfortable place, walking distance to just about everything you need. Would have been nice if a beach chair and Beach towels were provided, but it was noted ahead of time so no complaint it would just be helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here!! W

OK for short stays

Very nicely decorated apartment for two people. Washers & dryers are coin operated in the basement - down steep stairs. There are steep stairs to get up to the condo. The patio overlooks the entire bay - lovely!

Beach Paradise

This property was everything they said it was and more. The pictures don’t do the view and its proximity to the beach justice. I could spend an eternity on that deck watching and listening to the ocean. The whole place is fabulously refurbished and we enjoyed every minute of this little gym so much so I almost didn’t want to write a review like this because I’m afraid more people are going to want to rent this, lovely little beach condo!!

Spectacular views!

My spouse and I loved spending our 34th anniversary at this well appointed Condo! The kitchen is well stocked, although we did not cook a large meal. We cherished creating our very own happy hour on the deck, and soaking in the magic of the central California coast! The bed is super comfortable with nice linens. I love the color blue, so I enjoyed the decor. It was also very clean. My husband did not like the locking mechanism on the front door, I did not like the weak water pressure in the shower. There was no extra toilet paper, but I had brought my own. I believe this was an oversight. Very minor things that would not prevent us from booking this same exact condo again. Booking on VRBO and communication with the management team was great. My husband keeps on asking me when we are going back. It was the first time we have stayed in Cayucos. We may have gotten hooked!

Host had to make the TV work for us, there were no usable instructions. Now there are. The lock on the screen door is non existent!!! should be fixed asap.Host was very responsive to our needs.

sparkling beach side condo

This is an idyllic location steps to the ocean, with wonderful views from balcony and living area. Beautifully, tastefully decorated with all the kitchen equipment you might want. Sit on the patio to eat or read and watch the ocean, eat indoors with the same view! Views even while you cook or wash dishes! Everything in Cayucos is in walking distance. Management is a phone call away and they respond to problems quickly (we had a minor hardware problem). NOTE: the condo does not provide any beach gear or equipment. This place is not used by the owners so there are no pantry staples, limited paper goods etc. This is NOT a place for someone with any physical limitations: you need to be able to climb stairs with your gear and the huge king size bed is way off the floor. Bring lighting for one side of the bed if you are a reader in bed.

Beautiful!

The view and decor were both gorgeous! We loved sitting out on the deck, looking out toward the pier, watching the surfers and families just out enjoying the beach. The location was awesome as well. We could easily walk into town for a bite to eat or up the coastal trail. Driving up to wine tastings, down to visit Morro Bay or San Luis Obispo was super easy as well!
