THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE A PARKING SPACE!!!

Historic building across the street from campus and Toomers Corner! Park and walk to everything downtown Auburn has to offer including the football stadium and basketball arena! A mix of historic Auburn and modern furnishings. You won’t find a more central location! All mattresses, dish-ware, televisions, etc are all brand new!

These renovated units are in the center of downtown. One parking space is provided per unit. You must use a parking hang tag to avoid getting towed. This tag is provided in the unit.

Second floor WALK-UP - this is an older building and there is no elevator to access the units.

Great location and overall cleanliness was good. Great communication and easy to check-in. Just noticed some potential mold spots on ceiling that might need some attention. Would recommend to others!

Very nice location. It was perfect to bring our son to visit Auburn. We were able to walk around downtown and around campus the night before our tour. I can see how it would be loud during school year but it was great in the summer and the owners were considerate enough to have sound machines available. We enjoyed our stay.

Best location

I’m all about a great location! You cant hardly get any closer to downtown than this place! We enjoyed our stay! We knew it was going to be loud at night because of the 2 largest bars in Auburn right next door, but wasn’t a big deal to us at all!

Great apartment in fantastic location!

This apartment is extremely clean and well appointed. The location is absolutely the best! All inquiries with the property manager were responded very quickly. I could not have asked for more.

So close to campus!!

Great location
 literally steps to Toomers corner. A little loud at night but the provided sound machines made a huge difference. Very nice comfortable platform beds with new mattresses. Perfect for a quick stay during move in.

Close to campus and good price

A good place to stay close to campus in a walkable area. As advertised it can be a bit noisy as it’s a college town and kids can get rowdy. But overall it worked very well for two couples to stay!

Very nice stay

Clean room, great location. A little loud until the bars close but we knew that because we’ve stayed there before and the property manager discloses this. But you can’t beat the location!

Weekend Stay for Cal vs. Auburn Football Game

Amanda and Co. was very communicative from the start after an easy booking. Location was phenomenal of course, very clean 2-bedroom apartment with the right amenities, good lighting and temperature controlled. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great stay!

Love this property. I’ve stayed in one of the units about four times now. The place is always clean and the location is right in the heart of Auburn. Keep in mind you’re sandwiched between late night bars but nothing that a sound machine and earplugs can help. My daughter has 18 more months and will absolutely stay here in the future.

Nice interior space - very convenient, (noisy at night) location

Perfect location for alumni/return to AU weekend for mother and daughter. Unit interior was perfect, but exterior could use some refreshing - and more lighting (alley and especially stairs very dark and in need of spruce up).

This is a perfect location. A little challenging to find. There is a staircase that you must go up. It was clean, had lots of space and everything needed.

Excellent location.

Perfect location, noise was not as bad as I was prepared for. Perfect for a weekend. Couple things that could be improved. There was no towel bar in the bathroom and there were water stains on ceiling and cracked paint. Overall great place to stay.

Great spot

Wedged right between Sky and Southeastern, it’s a stone’s throw from campus. Note that you will hear the two bars well into the night. This wasn’t an issue for us as we were out late, but keep it in mind if you plan on staying.
