Many Waterfront Community Amenities w/ Public Boat Ramp and Fishing Pier

This spacious corner lot provides plenty of room for a large boat or jet skis. Walk into a cathedral, open floor plan, with a fully equipped kitchen, interior laundry closet with full size washer and dryer, an oversized lanai for entertaining and dining, front and backyard outdoor patios, and full privacy fenced in backyard. The bedrooms provide a king, queen, and two twin sized beds. The spacious master bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a tiled shower with bathtub. With kayaks, bicycles and fishing poles also provided, this vacation home is ready for you to enjoy the beautiful gulf coast of Florida. The Harbour Heights location is a Peace River waterfront community. The nearby Harbour Heights Park offers a new playground, covered pavilion with barbecue grills, fishing pier, canoe/kayak launch, public boat ramp, lighted tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and is a short distance to the Port Charlotte Beach Complex and community pool. This well maintained complex is ideally located close to downtown historic Punta Gorda, shopping, and restaurants.

Very enjoyable stay

Quiet neighborhood close to Peace River with easy access to I-75 and US 41. House was spacious, clean, well-stocked. Communication was excellent with speedy responses. Very enjoyable stay for us and our golden retriever. A beautiful area with lots to explore.

Home away from home

Amazing Place

This is a nice quiet place to stay while enjoying all that Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte have to offer. Christine is a great host and very responsive to any questions or recommendations about the area. The house is comfortable with lots of room and furnishings to ensure a relaxing time for everyone. We will definitely be back soon!

First time staying

This was a first time staying at a VRBO, the property didn't disappoint us. We are older and I use a walker, the house is totally set up for any handicap. Bathrooms were clean as well as house. Would totally stay again

home away from home!

Quiet, safe neighborhood setting. Comfortable accommodations and spacious. Not directly on waterfront, but close to water in every direction you go. Punta Gorda is small and charming with a hometown feel. Only need to travel a short distance to the bigger tourist destinations.

Great house, great location, wonderful hosts!

We can't say enough good things about this house. The hosts were very welcoming and very communicative. Our little dog loved the fenced-in backyard. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed taking a lot of walks there. Location is great for visiting Punta Gorda and other areas. Highly recommend!

A good place to stay--has a recliner!!!

Property was as described, very clean and in a convenient location to everything we wanted to do. This property has the one thing I really need as a person who does not sleep well--a recliner! It was a good dog walking neighborhood. Everything we needed and then some was provided! Hostess was very responsive and helpful. I would stay again. 🙂

Port Charlotte/ Punta Gorda area home

We were away from the home each day sailing or working on boats. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped home in a quiet neighbourhood. Large master suite and two more bedrooms. Screened outdoor dining area and bbq. Closest grocery shopping is about 10 -15 minute drive away.

Stylish, clean and spacious

Very comfortable and lots of room with a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable but the king bed box springs squeak really bad when you move. The owner provided bikes for our family. There is a nice size grill out in the yard that we used. We would stay again. Thanks for having us as your guest. Kim

5 star is not even in ballpark. This should be rated 50 stars

We had extremely long travel time from Minnesota. It was hell. From the moment we first opened the front door, until our departure we were in paradise. Absolutely everything about the house and the property managers was tremendous. Highly, Highly recommend these people.

Property was as expected but while sitting on the floor with a toddler noticed how much dust was underneath the bed and upon looking closer, discovered half a dozen pills which turned out to be Tylenol with codeine. Glad they were discovered by me and not the toddler. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Cute house in a convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seafarer Retreat. The owner Christine was so easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout the stay. The home had plenty of linens, towels...and the little extras like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. We walk daily and there were plenty of back streets and sidewalks to enjoy. The local park is close enough to walk to and had tennis/pickle ball courts, water access, and plenty of areas for picnicking or just relaxing on a bench by the river. We loved how close we were to I-75 so we could easily take day trips to Sarasota or Fort Myers. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House

We rented this property while visiting friends and it was just perfect. It was centrally located to everything and the neighborhood was super cute. We were provided anything that we would need while we were there and the house was very clean. I will definitely rent this property again next time we are in the area and would highly recommend it!

We moved to Punta Gorda in early 2019. We fell in love with the area immediately. We are very active, and love boating, kayaking, bike riding and going on park walks. On special occasions you really can’t beat the local fine dining or the casual dining with a water view. We just feel so blessed every day since finding our forever home.

It wasn’t long after we settled into the area, that we decided to purchase additional homes in paradise. Now we look forward to welcoming visitors to Punta Gorda and into our homes. Our goal is to provide a space that’s comfortable, clean, and feels like a true home away from home.
