Quiet and Comfortable!

Second time staying here! You can’t beat the location! We love to walk so it’s great for us but if you don’t, driving is very short and easy as well! Publix, Dollar Tree, IHop, Waffle House and many other places very close!

Spent 4 weeks, hosts were attentive and helpful. They even brought over bikes after I inquired. The are close buy to restock anything. Quiet neighborhood during January stay. Nice backyard with patio and seating. 4 blocks from downtown

Outstanding Host

You are in great hands at this property. The host is very attentive to any needs. They respond quickly and kindly. The hot water heater went out during our stay. In very short time, a new one was installed. Our stay was not inconvenienced at all! Thank you for a great stay!

Xcellent Punta Grda location

We needed several weeks stay to attend to business in Punta Gorda. This property was exactly what we needed in terms of the house size and amenities and its proximity to downtown Punta Gorda and the Punta Gorda Isles. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Two of us stayed for 3 nights. Excellent communication with Christine. The house is in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from downtown center, restaurants and shops. The house was very clean. Christine has thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay including 4 smart TVs, fast 5G WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, outside patio with grill and utensils. She has extra touches such as strategically placed night lights, multiple USB ports for charging, and a bag of batteries for remotes. Great place to stay!

Charming home

I recently stayed in Punta Gorda to explore the area and visit family. My host Christine was terrific, communicated well, was very reasonable is all matters and provided me with a very clean home. Its easily large enough for a small family. Thanks again for your great hospitality.

SMALL BUT WONDERFUL

I just wanted a small, reasonable house for my husband and I to stay at. This house was adorable. Nicely decorated and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We were able to walk to Fisherman's Village and along the water every morning. The back yard was cute with the adirondack chairs and the umbrella table. And you will be accompanied by some delightful geckos! A great spot for our first time visiting Punta Gorda

Great property, very clean

This house was really clean and a perfect layout for our family. The appliances were higher quality than other rentals we have stayed at. The check-in and checkout were super easy. The biggest complaint is that the bedroom doors stick and are a little hard to open and close. Very nice property!

lovely place and much bigger than it looks

Stay was awesome - back yard lovely and well appointed kitched etc-- my only negative is the couches are pretty and work great in the space but i did not find them comfortable to sit on, but that could just be me :) lovely place and very convenient for town to walk everywhere.

Very nice place and location!

I had previously rented a different VRBO in town and it was a dump. This place was so much better, having been recently renovated and with all new appliances. One room is set up for an office, if needed, with a couch, the other bedroom had two nice twin beds, and the master had a comfortable bed as well. The kitchen was well appointed and has most things we needed for our extended stay from August through November and there are a few other nice things, like a couple bikes that you can use, two beach chairs, and the back yard is great with a nice patio, a firepit and a nice grill that I used a lot. The location is pretty close to town, especially by bike. Overall, we loved the place, the setup and amenities as well as the location. I can definitely recommend this unit!

We moved to Punta Gorda in early 2019. We fell in love with the area immediately. We are very active, and love boating, kayaking, bike riding and going on park walks. On special occasions you really can’t beat the local fine dining or the casual dining with a water view. We just feel so blessed every day since finding our forever home.
