Awesome House on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this property. It is showing some wear but can't beat the pool and location, perfect for 5 granddaughters and the adults. Had a problem with the refrigerator for a couple days but Akers handled. Wifi network needs upgraded for streaming and many connected devices. Also needed swim towels. Still 5 stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the minute we walked in the door at 100 Surfsong we fell in love with this property. The property was spotless. Beautifully maintained inside and out. Loved the sunrise and sunset every day at this property. Great property for families with older kids (had college kids with us). Upstairs family room plus separate downstairs family room for college kids to enjoy. The kitchen was so well stocked with small appliances, entertaining trays/bowls, tupperware, glassware and utensils. The house was immaculate! We hated to leave on the 5th.

A Fantastic Trip to 100 Surfsong

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time in the house and at Kiawah. The house was fantastic, plenty of space for all 9 of us in the house, great pool and beach access. The kitchen appliances were plentiful and we thought the beach towels were great. All in all truly great! Aaron took great care of us and went above and beyond to help us find a missing lovey our daughter left behind.

Wonderful Property

Great house for families. My husband loved the hammock for afternoon naps. Enjoying our evening cocktails while watching the sunset from the deck was a highlight. We even saw deer on the beach!
