Built in 2018, our Tiny House is in a gated resort with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, double closet and a tv with satellite. Second bedroom has a queen bed with single closet with drawers. Living room has tv with satellite. Ducted central air and heat means no hot or cold spots! No window rattlers and no “split units”! Washer and dryer in home, along with a full sized, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher! Concrete driveway is great for motorcycles. Resort has heated pool and hot tub, splash pad, Tennis, Pickleball, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, a putting green, and a fitness center. Located on the Myaaka River, there is a fishing pier and a boat ramp for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. Being 20 minutes to 3 beaches, you will soon realize why Venice is "The Shark Tooth Capital of The World"! Famous Siesta Key Beach is another 16 miles north. Historic Downtown Venice has streets lined with shops that define quality shopping and dining. Venice has 9 golf courses within a 30 minute drive, so there's something for everyone!

Beautiful tiny home in an excellent park. Close to many beaches and easy to get to and from, yet out of the crush of the vacation crowd. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet little haven

This place was perfect for our stay - good location to hit several beaches and attractions along the gulf coast. Small, charming house in a quiet resort park with everything we needed to do some of our own cooking. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Baseball Tournament

We stayed at this property while we were in Florida for a baseball tournament. It was the perfect place to stay and we enjoyed it. If we ever have to go down that way for a tournament we would stay there again.

Great tiny home for visiting sites near Venice FL

We had a great week staying here. It was centrally located for all the places we wanted to visit while near Venice (Stump Pass Beach State Park, Venice Pier, Caspersan Beach, Myakka River State Park, mangroves on Lido Key). It worked perfect for the 3 of us for a week of vacation here. Thanks!

Great place to stay with lots of amenities.

Truly enjoyed staying at “Timeout”. Park has plenty of activities to enjoy including wildlife to view & photograph. Very nice pool, hot tub, & pickle ball court. All of the people staying there were friendly. Many beaches close by with lots of sharks teeth to find. Host was extremely helpful finding the place. Clean & comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great concert at Snook Haven Thursdays. Friendly neighbors brought us the monthly park activity newsletter which was very helpful. Wish we had participated in more activities. Main problem was heavy traffic coming and going from the park and congested traffic in general.

The host, Mike, was very responsive to our communications and was quick to respond to our inquiries. The lodging was very clean upon our arrival and the dishes and pots and pans were sufficient to support our cooking needs. Great pool and recreational opportunities. Neighbors very friendly.

Amazing Timeout!

Mike was a pleasure to work with - we had no issues at all. Check-in was easy, the home was clean, cozy, comfortable and did I mention CLEAN?! The resort is located close to everything that we needed and was the perfect place to cool off and rest our heads after long days outside. The pool is great, the neighbors are so friendly, and it was so quiet at night! The AC worked wonderfully as did the washer/dryer and having Satellite TV was a major plus! We give this place 5 stars and would give more if we could. We will definitely be back! -Allison and Samantha July 2022

Spring Training Stay

We picked this property due to its location between Ft. Myers and Sarasota. Spring training ended up being canceled but we still found plenty to do, including a new beach every day and tons of great restaurants.

Very comfortable

I loved the home and the gated access however I didn't realize the park would be so full. There is constant activity from early morning through sunset but everyone keeps to themselves and we enjoyed coming and going while knowing our belongings were safe and we had a nice, clean home to come back to.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You can go to 3 different beaches within a 20 minute drive, or if they are too busy or too hot, you can go back to the resort and enjoy the pool with a cabana ( no extra charge ) with a frozen concoction and enjoy the South Florida sun!! The resort has over 80 activities if you choose.( Although with Covid-19, some activities are on hold )From dancing and card playing to sewing clubs and water aerobics and everything in between! Just about everything you can imagine.
