Fully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath NON HEATED pool/spa home, with private outdoor shower, single car garage. This beautiful home is located in the Edgewood Historic District of Venice. This by property is located in one of Venice's prime locations. The Historic Downtown area of Venice Avenue is only minutes away. Downtown Venice has a lot to explore with boutiques, a theatre, restaurants and more. There is plenty of public parking so you can walk to all of these fabulous places. Miles of gorgeous sand & beaches are only 2 miles away.

Beautiful home. Comfortable furniture. Nice sized master bedroom. Great pool. Nice mature backyard. Easy to communicate with host. And very close to downtown Venice. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay

Great place!

Enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. Neighborhood was safe, nice and quiet! Owner was very responsive and helpful when the water temperature needed increased for the hot tube and pool.

This home is just as listed and more!!! Bruce was very responsive when we had an issue with the door to the pool and was fixed within 30 minutes of contacting him. Did not know prior to arriving or overlooked it but he had things in the garage you could take to the beach to look for sharks teeth! Which we used and I felt like a kid again . Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We walked up to the main road several times a day and felt safe walking on sidewalk. My adult teenagers enjoyed the park that was close by also. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Venice!

Beautiful Stay

We had an amazing stay at this home located so close to the beach. The home was clean, comfortable beds, and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! It was a nice beautiful set up! We will be back again!

Great stay Great property

We were in Venice to visit my parents. We chose this property for its proximity to not my parents but also the beach. Loved the pool and pool deck area. Everything you could need is on site. Bruce is a great host and makes everything easy. We will definitely be back to stay

We arrived very late and were able to easily come in and go to sleep - everything was set up nicely. There was coffee in the morning which was wonderful since we hadn’t been able to get any groceries. Kitchen was well stocked and a garage fridge.

We truly enjoyed every day, whether just sitting by pool or traveling around Venice. The house is perfectly located to everything. Hosts were excellent, responded quickly and truly did everything possible to make our stay perfect! Looking forward to returning!

House in a lovely neighborhood with nice people nearby. Venice is a compact town so the house is close to restaurants and venues - you can get anywhere in minutes. Kitchen well equipped. Garage was well equipped with fishing and beach gear. Host Bruce easy to reach and collaborative. Our sole disappointment was that the spa and pool were not heated. The weather was cool mostly so I could only swim/ exercise in pool one day. The pool had a heater but Bruce declined my offer to pay more to heat it after we learned from the guest book that recent guests did have it heated. Better to book ( for pool purposes). in warmer times of year than January in Florida.

Thank you for the nice review. The pool/spa is listed as not heated. The prior renter had the pool heated because of a matter that was not supposed to happen and not in my control.

Stay for family funeral service

Everything was very good. The house was well prepared and stocked with towels, kitchen ware, toilet paper, and bedding. The only issue was on checkout. We were out of the house by checkout time at 11:00 am and left it extremely clean, but for some reason received a voicemail from the owner telling us to get the F… out. He apologized when I called him, but it was surprising and a bit concerning considering the other positive interactions we had had throughout the process. Otherwise, a great experience.

Property was wonderful! Had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach equipment. Located within minutes of multiple grocery stores and farmers markets and very close to downtown Venice/beach, but still a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the heated pool and water feature as well! We would definitely go again! Thanks Bruce!
