Come enjoy this wonderful South Venice home, close to Manasota and Casperson beaches, Venice Island, Lemon Bay Preserve, and lots more. There's a boat ramp only minutes away and room in the yard to park the boat trailer.
This updated home has 3 BRs and 2 BAs, all on one floor. Master suite comes complete with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. The 2nd BR has a queen bed and shares the 2nd full BA with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed for the kids. This home has central heat and A/C, washer and dryer, barbeque grill, 2 car garage and additional driveway parking. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the dishes, utensils, cookware, cutlery, that you'll need. There is a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Enjoy the cool nights and relax on the screened in lanai.
The home has high speed internet and cable/Smart TV in the living room, master suite, and guest room.
There is a large dining table from family and friends to get together.

The house was fine. We had some issues with the codes to get in but once we got that resolved it was a good stay. It was a very short trip so we pretty much only slept in the beds.

We really enjoyed staying here!! Nice quiet street and close walk to lemon bay wildlife preserve where our kids had fun walking the trails and exploring nature! Only 3 minutes to Manasota Key Beach. House was well stocked with lots of kitchen equipment and extras. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and extra toiletries. They even had extra beach chairs and equipment in the garage. Would definitely recommend. We are already thinking of when we will come back!

This is the second time we've stayed here and we love it. We love hunting for shark teeth and this is a very convenient location. It also works perfectly for us in terms of bedrooms: 2 grandparents in the master bedroom with master bath, and on the other end of the house were parents in one bedroom and two kids on the bunk beds. There's also a sleeper sofa. The host is very responsive and the house is well stocked with cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Yard could be cleaned up and the back porch door was broken but otherwise the house was great. Very roomy, bright and comfortable.

Perfect family base for beach fun

I have zero complaints about this home. It was perfect for our family vacation, which center around shark tooth hunting at Manasota Beach and diving in Venice. The house is spotless, well maintained, and full of necessities, including cleaning products, soap, shampoo, paper products, etc. The host was very responsive when I asked questions. I plan to stay here again next time we come to the area!

This house is a great place to stay. Central to Venice and Englewood. The beach is so close. Maybe a 5 min drive. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Large open floor plan. We really enjoyed this home. Thank you!

Beautiful remodeled Venice home

The owners did a great job with the remodel. The house and furnishing are just great for a relaxing get away in the South Venice area. There is a Walmart and Publix within 5 minutes of the house. Plus its a short hop to either Venice area beaches (Brohard Park) or Englewood (Manasota) area beaches to search for shark teeth. The kitchen has all equipment you need to cook meals in or there area numerous restaurants in the area for any taste. The neighborhood was very quiet. Check in/check out procedure was straight forward. We had a great time. Highly recommended for your next vacation.

Great stay for Christmas

The house is located in a safe neighborhood which was a 5 minute drive to Manasota beach. The hosts were responsive and very helpful, and ordered shampoo and cleaners, as well as beach chairs on the first day of our stay. There was plenty of room our family of 4 people for a 2 week stay. We loved having laundry on site and the kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed. On a few days we even spotted the tortoise that lives in the yard. No major complaints, and overall, a great place to spend Christmas away from home.

Stayed a month


I stayed in the home for a month and the master bed was very comfortable. The host had supplies delivered to the home
shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. it was nice to receive a big supply so never ran out of anything. Host was responsive to questions. The home is nice but the neighborhood is still recovering from hurricane Ian. I would stay here again if the opportunity comes up!

Venice Beach House

The home itself is nice, big living area and bedrooms.The kitchen is a little outdated. All of the beds were not very comfortable. Bathrooms were nice, pocket doors were very noisy. Manager was awesome and easy to contact. We had a slight issue getting into the house upon arrival. The manager was contacted with an immediate response, crisis averted. House was close to shopping, groceries, and beaches. property managerimmediate response.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Es war sehr angenehm, dass alles wie beschrieben vorzufinden war. Der Gastgeber hat Fragen, die wir vor Ort hatten, umgehend beantwortet (eMail Kontakt). Im Umkreis kann man unterschiedliche Dinge unternehmen (Nachbarorte; StrÀnde; Parks).
