AH-K239: Newly Remodeled Second Floor Condo With Bay View, Shared Pool, Pet Friendly

Come enjoy your stay in Port A in this newly remodeled second-floor condo with beach décor carried throughout. Entertain and relax in the living room with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, two accent chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for six for freshly prepared meals or a friendly game of cards. Show off your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio and watch the ships pass by in the bay. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, and a closet for your beach attire. It has access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower. Venture to the master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, TV, nightstands, and chest for your beach attire. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet at the end of the hall. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

$95 pet fee per pet, limit 2 pets. Fee not included in reservation total and will be collected after reservation confirmation.

Great Location!

This was my first time using Vrbo and I am so glad I found this property! The condo was spacious, clean and in a great location. Also for a stay for 5 adults for 2 nights this listing was the best price for the amount of space! I am glad to have found this condo and will likely stay here again!

Port Aransas vacation

The property was easily accessible to the amenities of the town. Galley kitchen was well equipped. Beds we're comfy. Master bedroom seemed to have poor air flow, ac had to be kept lower to cool the Master bedroom. Only complaint was sand in the futons.

Great off-beach condo

We had a great stay in Port A at this condo. Everything was provided to accommodate us during our stay. Comfortable beds, all kitchen supplies, and great communication with the management company when needed. The location itself was quiet and gave us easy access to everything. The beach isn't walkable, but a short drive away. We also enjoyed access to the pool which was clean and quiet. As an added perk, the balcony was in perfect view of the 4th of July fireworks! I would have hoped for pool/beach towels, but I can see how that might be challenging for a vacation destination to manage, so we bought a couple at one of the many local shops and ended up with practical souvenirs from our visit.

Roomy, clean and large place. Bring your own supplies.

Nice place overall, good for several days' stay. Very near the ferry--in fact you see it out the back window. Pretty quiet given the location close to the harbor. Decently well furnished. It's run by a management company, so not exactly a personal touch here--we never saw anyone in person from the management during our stay. They did respond positively to our request for a hair dryer, though took a couple of days to deliver it. Listing says 'newly remodeled', which is probably true of the furniture, though the window shades are older with broken slats and cords, and flooring had a loose strip. Be aware that the place has basically zero consumables, other than salt and pepper. No coffee or tea, no cooking oil, no laundry soap, so you'll need to bring/buy what you need.

We arrived at the property and it was hard to fine it would be nice to have a map once you do have an address on how to get to the actual unit parking was a little confusing overall apartment was clean did not have very much amenities but worked for our stay

Great location & enough space for 4 adults & 2 kids. Only negative is the sofa bed that was advertised. It definitely is not one to sleep on so don’t count as a sleeping option . It was super thin & you felt the mattress springs. Also bring all supplies- foil, salt pepper, k cups/coffee ,ziplock bags , laundry detergent, etc. as not provided. Other than that we loved!
