Ce mignon 2 chambres 2 salles de bain Condo 6 personnes. (BR1-Queen; BR2-2 Twins); CanapĂ©-lit; IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de la ville et Ă  1/2 Mile de la plage. Ce condo est un prix Ă©conomique avec plan d'Ă©tage ouvert et un grand patio qui donne sur la piscine partagĂ©e. Le garage est assez grand pour votre bateau et dispose d'un parking pour 2 voitures. Il peut ĂȘtre louĂ© avec 221A Las Palmas pour un groupe plus important. (Petits animaux considĂ©rĂ©s) Pas de parking sur la route.

Las Palmas condo est de 2 étages avec le garage au rez de chaussée et tous vivant à l'étage supérieur. Le plan d'étage ouvert a beaucoup de places dans le salon avec TV, cùble et Wifi. La table à manger peut accueillir 5 et 2 tabourets au bar adjacent. La cuisine a tous les appareils nécessaires pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. La buanderie est nichée dans le couloir avec une laveuse et une sécheuse et des étagÚres pour vos détergents. Les deux chambres ont des lits Queen, un coffre et une penderie pour votre tenue de plage et de plage, une télévision et une salle de bains privative avec baignoire / douche. Profitez de la vue sur la piscine commune depuis le balcon arriÚre doté d'une terrasse. Il y a aussi un pique-nique au niveau inférieur couvert.

Our trip was just two nights, but because of the convenient location we were able to do everything we wanted; beach, shopping, great food and drink and pool time.

The condo was clean, centrally located and working with the ladies at Life in Paradise was wonderful. I would highly recommend this condo. We had two teenagers, and a 2 year old with my husband and I and it was the perfect size.

All blankets were covered in pet hair, unfolded, and stuffed in tops of closets. There was blood on the walls low to the ground (probably dog blood) blood on the shower curtain. The drain was full of hair, tub barely drained. Pet hair and stains of mustard or something on the sheets in the fold up couch sofa. Pet hair on everything. There was a layer of dust and dirt/sand underneath the beds. The base boards were dirty and covered in pet hair and dust. If the floors were mopped even once a week it wouldn’t look like that. Just drag the mop across the base boards. For how many rules and how picky they were about this place and for the price especially you would think it would be nicer and at least clean. The towel racks broke and fell off the wall because the screws weren’t mounted and the drywall is just a big hole behind the mounts. There was black mold on the door and on the seals of the refrigerator. I could go on and on.

Great Family Place

Property as described. Outside gate was broken, management had it fixed immediately. They answered all calls and text messages. Place was clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Garage was a huge plus. Nice to have a place for beach items. Pool was basic, but nice for the kids. Only Frustrations was with check in and garbage. Was informed I would receive a text upon place ready with door code. I called 15 mins after check in and they sent my text with message saying it was ready 2 hrs earlier. Would've been nice for them to let me know we could've been there early. Also, we still have no idea if we used the correct dumpsters! Called and was given very vague instructions on where to find the dumpsters. These issues would not detour us from staying here again, but communication in these areas could be improved.

Not bad - landlord not big on details

Last second 4th of July vacay for the family. Great location. Nice pool. Loved the garage. Largest complaint is that the landlord isn't big on details and some details are important. Garage was a nice feature, but filthy. The property was advertised as having a grill - there was no grill. We planned to grill all weekend, but were unable to do so. VERY disappointing. Warning - the refrigerator is broken in that it only gets so cold (what I would call semi-cold). They tell you that in writing upon arrival. If you like your fridge to be cold, you won't like this one. No sheets or linens for the sleeper sofa. V-shaped coffee maker, but they provided only mini basket style coffee filters (making coffee a mess every time). Ice cube trays provided, but no ice bin to put the cubes in. Trash - They ask you to remove the trash and put it in the dumpster, but they don't tell you where it is and I couldn't find it. Ended up walking the trash down the street to a dumpster next to the bank.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Life In Paradise made everything so easy for us and addressed any issue immediately. The location was great as it's in town and close to all shopping and dining options with a quick and easy drive to the beach. Life In Paradise also offered us cart rental at a discounted rate as one of their guests (I recommend the 6 seater as it was a much more comfortable ride than the 4 seater). Brenda and Sebastien were very nice and helpful during our stay and are the reason LIP will be our "go to" for all future bookings in Port A. There were only 3 negatives that weren't really that major. 1. The unit next door (not in the same duplex, but across the stairway) seemed to have workers (a lot) staying in it and coming and going at all hours. 2. There were 2 young men, who appeared to be LIP employees as they were wearing the same shirts as the LIP cleaning crew, who stayed on property in different units for our entire stay. They utilized the pool and were constantly rough-housing (doing flips off the side of the pool, having races across the pool, and were quite loud and potty-mouthed). Twice, after returning from the beach, we wanted to relax in the pool but decided against it as these young men made relaxing impossible. And this unit overlooks the pool, so this also made relaxing on the deck not quite so relaxing. 3. This unit needs some type of blinds to block the sun from 6 pm to 8 pm as the sun was blazing hot and in our faces and prevented us from taking advantage of the deck during those hours. Also, a ceiling fan would've been great for the heat and mosquitoes. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay. So much in fact, that upon checking out, we decided to stay longer and Brenda quickly accommodated us with getting booked for an additional night (we had already stayed 4 nights). Overall great fun getaway. We're ready to go back and hopefully will be able to book this unit again.

This place is perfect and centrally located. The place is clean, and I love the big garage, and the kids love the pool. We have stayed at these places every year we have gone to Port A, and we will continue to stay here.

Very accurate to the listing. The pool was nicer than advertised. Very centrally located in Port A. No garage door opener. Overall one of the best places we've stayed in Port A in over 10 years (we go at least twice a year, so a lot of places).

Our stay was pleasurable-...there was light sand thru out the rooms...Queen size beds seem small, but comfy....everything you need was there...Rate- 8 out of 10 Response to management, very prompt -9.5 out of 10...no problem coming back
