Panoramic views of the ocean and Haystack rock. Attention to detail in every aspect of this luxurious home.
Over 3,000 sq ft all on one floor, featuring:

- Open floor plan with a beautiful fireplace in the living room
- Samsung smart TV's in every room
- 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 king, 2 full, custom bunk beds that sleep 6)
- 3 bathrooms
- Gourmet chef's kitchen with brand new appliances and walk-in pantry
- Game room with an air hockey table and a chess/checkers table
- 7-person hot tub with over 120 jets and Bluetooth speakers

- 2 open patios, one with a Kitchen-Aid gourmet barbeque kitchen, the other with a fire-pit and seating area

Come rest in this picturesque, peaceful, and relaxing home. There is plenty to do in Pacific City whether you like to surf or cuddle up with a book by the fireplace. There are many restaurants and leisure activities around, from taking a walk on the sandy beach, riding a horse or a camel, fishing, to hang-gliding.

Pets considered with breed restrictions. Pet fee is charged per pet, per day.

Our stays was wonderful. The house is in top shape. Super well stocked, kitchen top utensils and appliances. Fantastic view, nice sauna and Jacuzzi. Bedrooms are roomy and bed comfortable. Mila was super responsive and everything is as advertised.Pacific city is beautiful. We had deers and elks around the house...

Loved the layout and big windows. This location was great for the large group we had. The host was very responive and was flexible with us checking in a little early.

The house was fantastic. We had a group of 8, and it was terrific. Everything worked, and the directions were easy. Oregon truly showed out for us. Sunshine every day and spectacular sunsets. All of us would like to return.

Beautiful Home in PC

The home was perfect for our family of 10 to celebrate the 4th of July holiday. The layout / space of the home is ideal, the finishings are gorgeous, and it is a short walk to town. We look forward to rebooking year after year!

We loved this property. The views where absolutely stunning. We love the hot tub and sauna. It’s just what we needed after a long day exploring the Oregon cost. This property seemed to be in the middle of all the sights we wanted to see. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful retreat location!

Perfect amount of space for 8 women, with a big table to be creative and talk, comfortable living space, and gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Our only complaint was it that it would have been nice to have some floor fans on this hot weekend, but with windows open, it was still comfortable. Pacific City is such a wonderful little town with just enough to do and incredible views, especially from the house. I'd definitely recommend this beautiful property to anyone!

An impeccable remodel in a great location.

We rented this house for a long weekend on my mother's 80th birthday. The entire family enjoyed both the incredible house itself (it was clear they had just invested heavily in a remodel), which was a short walk to the beach. A minor issue is that many large windows (which provide excellent views) cannot be opened, which creates a lack of air movement through the house. We were lucky that my wife was coming out a day later, and she brought several fans from home; otherwise, given the room temperatures, sleeping at night would have been very difficult.

Love this house!!

The host was amazing and made sure we were very comfortable!! Overall a 5 star house!!!! I only took off 1 star for neighborhood because the neighbors were kind of passive aggressive, they stared us down when we tried to back into the driveway and the houses are very close together so any noise made outside at all they were a little more passive aggressive? Which i definitely understand! We tried to have a bonfire, no loud music or anything, just regular talking with 2 people at 11 pm on Saturday but realized it was still too much for the neighbors so we went inside. The quiet hours may be harder for summer nights if wanting to do something past sunset but otherwise very nice!! No complaints about the property itself or the hosts!!! Great people and very accommodating. We hope to return next time!!

Amenities not working or maintained

Hot tub water was very dirty. Sauna full of cobwebs and spiders.very low end outdoor furniture also full of cobwebs. Ice machine was a solid block of ice until I fixed it. Water and ice machine not working. Towel quality unacceptable for rental price. Super uncomfortable furniture. Views were great land the kitchen was well stocked. Definitely need better maintenance of your home and property.

Sensational view

Lovely and comfortable home. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful kitchen and common areas with incredible views of Haystack Rock. We all gazed at the sunset over dinner and drinks each night. The ever-changing light, fog, and weather made the view a constant source of entertainment. Host was easy to reach and quick to respond the couple times we had questions. Floor plan was very safe and family-friendly for our 3 & 1 year old boys. Only downside to the lay-out is that only one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Easy ~10-minute walk down to the beach, restaurants, and shops, which we did daily. Kids loved playing on the rocks and sand dunes at the beach. Would have zero hesitation booking again.

This house had beautiful views and accommodated our stay very well for our group. The hot tub was great, our group definitely enjoyed having all the fun activities this house had. Would definitely consider booking this home again.

Fantastic Property and Stay

We just spent a week in Pacific City and this property was nothing short of perfect. The house is spacious and perfectly set up for comfortable living and entertaining. The views were spectacular and the kitchen was a wonderful hub for preparing family dinners and relaxing. The kids loved the game room and hot tub (very clean) and we binged watched Netflix on the big screen curved TV in the family room after long days down on the beach and at the dunes. Absolutely perfect property and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views inside and out

Excellent home all around. Was our small family (4) and kids loved the bunk room and game room. Incredible views high up off the water but quite close to everything we needed (beer at Pelican; dinner at Headlands; coffee at Stimulus). Great kitchen - among the best we’ve had in dozens of ABnBs. One thing: the outside needs some love. We had to pull up weeds from the sidewalks and patios to make the outside usable. And because the cleaning fee is so ridiculously high, we would have expected spotless interiors. There were issues (like all places) but none that we wouldn’t normally overlook. Still, for the money, we would have preferred cleaners showers, spotless floors and fewer insects that had been overlooked (spiders in the corner of the bunk room, for example). But despite those things, it is a really wonderful home - great style; super cozy while also being spacious; decorated like someone wants you to be comfortable there.

Riptide 4th of July

Nice place great view served our family perfectly. Thought the check in time was a little late and the checkout time a little early for the price also thought the basic commodities such as toilet paper and paper towels was lacking as I had to buy some and only stayed 2 nights. over all very nice place had a great time with the family.

Fabulous property

Our book club of 10 women stayed at this beautiful property. It was just wonderful. The views of the ocean were amazing. The decor was lovely. The gourmet kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped with everything, including serving dishes and barista machine. The hot tub and sauna were clean and worked perfectly. More amenities than any other VRBO I’ve booked. It is a short walk to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and communicated quickly to our inquiries. Our time there was fabulous. We would all definitely book again.
