Beautiful home with that Colorado feel just a short walk to Lake Pagosa where you can fish, SUP, Kayak or just enjoy the mountains reflecting off the still morning water.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that sleeps 7 and is all on one level with easy parking for up to 4 cars. As you enter, you will immediately notice the nice use of wood in the open living, dining and kitchen area with plenty of room for the whole gang to hang out after a great day of fun. This home has fantastic high speed WIFI internet!

The living room has a large TV, gas fireplace. and a sleeper couch.
The garage has a ping pong table, darts, corn hole and a bluetooth speaker in the light over the ping pong table!

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

This home does not have AC

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Host was fantastic. Had no heat at house. Found space heaters in house upon arrival. Had to use space heaters all week. Central heat never got repaired while we were there

The home is very nice and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy time away! It was clean and well stocked. Our dog really enjoyed lounging on the back patio with us. Communication with Maddie with any questions was easy. It was a very comfortable stay for two adults with a dog. The backyard could definitely use a little clean up with weed removal. Our pup loves to hunt so he enjoyed to root around the yard. It was nice and quiet to sit out and watch the deer graze and bed down in the evenings.

Well appointed and comfortable!

Great home in quiet neighborhood outside Pagosa Springs. Great base for adventures in the area. Spacious, clean, well-appointed 3br home. Mule deer roam the neighborhood, quick walk to Pagosa Lake for kayaking or SUP'ing. Short drive into town. We will definite stay here again!

The property was well maintained and had all necessary amenities available to us for use before we arrived. The showers had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for when we needed to use them after being out in the cold weather. Comfy beds and clean sheets with plenty of extra blankets if needed.

New Years Ski

We had a great time in Pagosa and Wolf creek. The accommodations were great. Cozy, lots if room for two adults, two kids, and a dog. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. We would stay here again 100%.

Great place in great location

This was our 4th time to stay here. We love the location and the property is awesome. Ping pong, darts and corn hole as well as board games. Great location for fishing and very close to everything.

Excellent Property

Everything was great. We brought our dogs and had a great time. The location is beautiful. Very close to downtown restaurants and springs, grocery stores, hiking options and incredible scenery. We will be back!

Very convenient to City Market and Walmart, as well as just a few miles to the town. (was a bit disappointed that Pagosa really didn't have walk/hike/bike trails in and around the town). The rental was great and clean and decently appointed with the critical items. Pantry and refrigerator were fairly well stocked with necessities even, which was unusual for a rental. Really nice touch to not have to purchase salt, pepper, spices, flour, sugar, etc. Outside could have used some cleaning to wipe off the furniture and remove some cobwebs, but minor gripes. We cooked alot at the rental, so some upgraded knives would have been helpful, but I understand not wanting to keep those types of things in a rental. Yard was plenty sufficient for the dogs. Well fenced in. Would rent this unit again, but doubtful we would visit Pagosa again (a little too sleepy for our tastes).

Paradise in Pagosa

The house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen has everything you need & the furniture is so comfortable. Loved the leather couch with twin recliners. Neighborhood is first-rate & very quiet. Close to everything! The only thing that needs extra attention is the yard. It was over grown with prickly weeds & spiky pine cones.
