Close to all the amenities such as shopping, grocery, dining, boating, parasailing, and just a short drive to Manasota Key beaches! This 2 bedroom 1 bath home also has a living room, eat -in kitchen, screened summer porch, and an open lanai for enjoying the fresh ocean breeze off of the gulf. This home features vinyl plank flooring, impact windows, and a washer/dryer.

Great Place

We recently spent several weeks at this home and found it perfect for us in every way. It’s very clean, well maintained and is very comfortable. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and the beaches. The host, Tony, is wonderful to work with and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at his property.

Perfect little place!

This is the most perfect little home situated in a quiet little area and so perfect for our stay!The place was so affordable and you really get plenty of room! The lanai was perfect to hangout and eat dinner since it was screened in and only ten minutes to the beach and just up the road from the grocery store. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone!The only downside is the the kitchen was small but if you’re coming to be on vacation doing minimal cooking, then it works perfect!The owner was so nice and worked with us on our timing for everything and we are so appreciative. Thank you again sir for working with us and we can’t wait to stay again next year if it’s available!

The cottage was lovely. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was spotless and the kitchen and bathroom had many helpful essential supplies.While we were there the hot water heater had a leak. We called and the heater was replaced within 2 hours. Perfect home away from home

Cottage was the perfect home base for me while exploring the surrounding area. Close to so much but very quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped, clean, and nicely decorated. Tony was a great host. Highly recommended, if I ever get the chance to return I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Home Away from Home

This lovely cottage was my home away from home for 4 weeks while I worked during the day and spent time with local friends and family in the evenings and on weekends. Very cozy, homey and clean with everything I needed including good WIFI to support my virtual meetings and online work with no issues. Convenient access to shopping, restaurants and Englewood Beach. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Cozy comfortable cottage

It’s been a very nice quiet place to relax and enjoy all the great sunshine and local activities Florida can offer. The host was the best we’ve experienced in all the many years we’ve vacationed in Florida. Well over 25 years of coming to Florida.

Cozy Englewood Cottage

My husband and I loved our stay in this property, and didn't want to leave. The cottage is very nicely updated and clean. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and (of course) beautiful beaches. We are avid cyclists and had 4 rails to trails to choose from, 10-20 minutes away. The neighborhood was great for walking and riding as well. We could walk to a neighborhood restaurant, sit outside, and watch the sun go down over the Gulf. We hope to return soon.
