Spacious 3 bdrm/2.5 bath family friendly home furnished with a touch of luxury in the quiet Tramonto neighborhood with 2 pools (one heated) tennis courts, parks and walking trails. Very well stocked kitchen ready for friends or family dinners. Just a couple of blocks from gas, grocery store and many restaurants. Within 30 minutes to many popular Phoenix attractions.

Excellent home base

We had a wonderful stay. We are ex-Arizonans so this home was the perfect location to go back and forth to friends houses and hit all of our favorite AZ spots.

Great clean house in North Phoenix with lots of space and kitchen with more than everything you need. Huge couch in the living area and another huge couch in the living room. Seems like you could fit 10 people there comfortably. Will stay there again.

The property was very nice - clean, comfortable, and cozy. It's also in a very good location, a quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants, stores, and a theater. The host was excellent - very responsive.

Convenient property very close to ben avery shooting center. Host was accommodating and easy to get ahold of. We enjoyed our 7 night stay with no problems.

Excellent visit

We were in town to spend Thanksgiving with family. The house was close to family, stores and was very comfortable . Though we did not do any cooking the kitchen appeared to be well equipped and very clean. The appointments of the rest of the house were also clean and well furnished. We had a great stay!

Plenty of room, stairs would be to much for older guests, one bedroom on ground floor would be better, but overall for us was pleasant, tv in the master bedroom would be nice 👍

Great House

Location was great for a friends weekend of Motorcycle riding. House is clean, beds were comfy, checkin process was easy. My only slight negative is if you have a trailer with you parking in the driveway is very limited due to a shared driveway with the neighbor that isn’t shown in the pictures of the home.

We'd stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family and would definitely stay here again! The location is perfect and easy to find, close to grocery stores and a few places to eat and shop. The house was stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep, eat, and hangout. The heated pool is close by, a 5 min walk, and thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. The house was very clean and the check in and out process was so easy. Kandy was quick and easy to communicate with and everything was as described in listing. We look forward to coming back next year and will be sure to recommend to our family and friends visiting the North Phoenix area!

My name is Kandy, I currently living in the PNW but travel to Phoenix often as I have family there. I dedicate this house to my late husband, the income I generate from this short term rental helps offset my income now that I'm on my own. I love interior decorating and enjoy changing things up in the house from time to time to keep it fresh and comfortable for my guests.

This house is in a great location.. far enough out from the hustle & bustle but within 30 minutes of most Valley attractions. It's large enough to accommodate larger families and groups of friends traveling together with spacious rooms throughout. Enjoy the back patio with a sitting area along with a table & 6 chairs. A gas grill is available for guests as well.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Tramonto is a quiet community with 2 pools close by for my guests to enjoy. In addition, there is tennis & basket ball courts, playgrounds and walking trails throughout the area within walking distance. As is an Albertson's, Starbucks, restaurants, bars and shopping.
Just a few blocks away, you will find Hot Air Balloons launching in early mornings, and many more to see passing over the house in the evenings.
