If it's time for a change of scenery, make your way to this recently renovated, family-friendly home in Central Arizona. Offering north/south exposure, upgraded amenities, and an enclosed yard with a private pool, you're certain to have a wonderful time here!

Inside, this home boasts a bright, open floorplan with high ceilings and loads of windows welcoming in plenty of Arizona sunshine. Prepare meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with white shake cabinets, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for four, and then dine together at the table for six. The living area features plush furniture and a smart TV offering surround sound, channels, and a variety of streaming services. Enjoy smart TVs in the primary bedroom as well as each guest bedroom. There is also a Bluetooth speaker for listening to your favorite music any time. Central air-conditioning adds a layer of comfort during your stay.

We had very comfortable and clean accommodations in a great neighborhood. So quiet. Beds were great! Grill might need work as we couldn’t regulate the temp and wish the pool was heated. Yard was clean and very inviting but only one lawn chair was useable. Ice maker on the door didn’t work so just got ice from the freezer. Overall a very nice place

The house was great. It had everything we needed to cook meals and a clean BBQ. The pool was an added bonus that we enjoyed. The house is spacious and access to the garage was also a bonus. I would stay here again.

The front entry needs a new doormat and needed to be swept. The chair loungers by pool were all busted and I had to call 3 times to get new ones. Also, please list that you have towels available for bathrooms, etc. we weren’t sure, so we brought our own. Also, the couch/loveseat are difficult to get out of, especially if you are older. Even our 35 year old had a hard time!

This house was amazing, it felt like home. Great quiet neighborhood. We didn't have to need anything, this house had everything. We definitely would love to stay again. The pool was a bonus!

Just what we needed

The house was well located, quiet and clean. Came down for spring training and it was really easy getting around, close to the freeway and near some restaurants. Definitely looking here for next year.

So much fun and a relaxing quick trip!

Picking up my son from GCU with my teen daughters it was great. My daughters felt safe and had so much fun with the pool. It was clean, well stocked, and perfect to make our meals. Really a great place to any family! We will recommend! Thank you!

Beautiful home

This property was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The home was beautiful. It was a great location. The only negative was a very cold pool even though the days were in the high 90s.

Loved it!

The house was perfect and very nice! While we were there it was a little chilly so we couldn’t swim because the water in the pool was pretty cold but other than that it was a great place to stay!

This was a wonderful newly remodeled home with full kitchen, nice TV area to hang out, comfortable beds with extra comforters and blankets. Home was very clean, one car garage, cooler, and nice pool area with lounge chairs to enjoy the sunshine. Close to everywhere we needed to go.

Perfect vacation

We lived this rental. It has a great layout and a wonderful pool. The depth of the pool was nice as we had an adult that didn't swim and she was glad she could touch the bottom. Functional kitchen. We will definitely rent again if available when we come next.
