Humble abode.

The host was amazing and very accommodating. The home was clean, updated, and inviting. Me and my family enjoyed our one week stay. Definitely would choose this property again for our next visit.

Great property and even better service

This rental was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was very clean and well stocked. Though there were some hiccups with the air conditioning, the hostess was quick and responsive to make sure that the problem was fixed and that we were comfortable. I look forward to future stays.

The place was very clean it had sufficient essential plenty of towels etc coffee things like that seemed everything we needed The owner was well organized and very responsive to any questions. The only issue was the neighborhood was fairly run down and that wasn't indicated anywhere

Great modern villa, with great parking

The Villa was really nice with modern amenities. We loved that the unit had an alarm system. Bathroom was small, but it worked for our needs. Great parking. We felt very safe, even though the main road could be busy at times.

Very nice 2 bedroom

Clean, smelled great inside, loved the interior, great 2 bedroom layout. Appreciated the fenced in back yard for dogs. Only negatives was the neighborhood was rundown abd outside air smelled sooo bad, like a dump was nearby, abd there was no washer and dryer.

Modern apartment that was very clean and comfortable. It had modern, nice appliances, was decorated very nice. We were there during the week
it was very quiet. The yard and grounds were very clean and well kept. The yard and driveway was well lit at night, so we felt our car was safe and we felt safe. The entire property was fenced in and well lit with motion lights at night. I would recommend this property and rent from them again.

Pleasant stay

The house was decorated beautifully, we had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner during our stay. Host was very easy to communicate with. The place was close to amenities and the concert venue. The only thing was missing that would have made it perfect for us, there was no grill. However, that was not a super big problem since we had enough dishes to cook with. I would definitely stay again when I come to Jacksonville

Great stay! Would recommend!

We had a great stay, the vrbo was everything that we needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but not too far from downtown Jacksonville. There was plenty of space! I recommend this property for 1-4 people, a nice sized refrigerator, the basic dishes that you might need, an oven and fully stocked with paper towels and toilet paper. Convenient outlet ports by the bed, hampers and a perfect closet to unpack and feel more comfortable! Newly renovated bathroom that was fully stocked with washcloths, hand towels and bath towels with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Wifi included, parking for 2 cars.

More than we expected

This property is absolutely gorgeous. They have literally EVERYTHING you will need for your stay. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. They even provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The only thing we would have had to get was toilet paper because we ran out the night before we left. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, storage bags, paper plates, paper towels, napkins, plastic cups, plastic wear, storage containers, mixing bowls, cutting board, utensils, trash bags, dish soap, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, sugar and creamer, ice tray in the freezer, dish towels, sponges. The decor was absolutely beautiful. We especially liked the panda painting and sand and sea shell filled turtles. The parking area is gaited and safe. There is a play ground right next door. You are about 20 minutes from any and everything you woukd need.
