Quintessential New England Charm. Beautiful home, fantastic location, and an exceptional host. Gerard was incredibly communicative and thoughtful, even proactively anticipating any question we may have had. The house had wonderful quintessential New England coastal charm that really felt like home… and was an easy walk to Main Street. Even checkout felt gracious and easy — “you’re our guest” really summed up the whole stay. We’d absolutely stay again!!

This is a beautiful, very clean property in an excellent location. It is walking distance from the downtown Mystic area which is full of shops and restaurants. Gerard is a responsive host and the house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. If we return to Mystic, we will stay here!

I've been trying hard to think of anything negative to say about the property or the management company. The only thing I can think of is that one picture above one bed was not perfectly level.On a very serious note, this is perhaps the finest VRBO we have stayed in. It is just the right size for a family group of eight people. Large enough rooms without being too large. Well-appointed kitchen, excellent location, walking distance to everything in downtown Mystic, and all of the fittings and woodwork and everything else either is new or nicely redone.The management company is probably the most professional one I've ever dealt with. Top shelf all the way.

This was a charming place to stay in Mystic! A beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. Immaculately clean with many little extras provided. Our host, Gerard, was accessible almost immediately when we needed to stop off to drop off our bags early. He was never intrusive but we felt confident that he would be easy to reach if we had any needs during our stay. If it had not been raining, we likely would have walked everywhere since it was so conveniently located. Can’t say enough positives about this lovely home. Our friend group would definitely return if we choose Mystic again for a reunion destination!

This was the perfect house for our family gathering. It’s thoughtfully appointed and has a great layout. The location is great - walking distance to Mystic’s restaurants and shops, and lovely views of town from the upstairs bedroom. Gerard was an attentive and helpful host before and during our stay.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The house was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to do just a short walk away. The owner was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay.
